Used this hotel as a base for a weekend wedding. The hotel has a lovely village nearby with nice places to eat and a stunning beach town that is only just under a 10 minute drive away. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food however the apartments were large, spacious, clean and comfy. Definitely good value for money.

Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We would without a doubt stay here again. The room was very spacious including the bathroom. Kitchen was great and the bedroom was huge for a hotel!! The tapas in the restaurant were delicious and some of the best we tried honestly. Lastly there was tons of free parking all around the hotel for those of you who rent a car. We found it safe and quiet. The town centre is a short walk aways (around 10 min) where you will find shopping and dining!

The staff were very helpful and the service in the restaurant and bar was lovely, food was good too. The rooms have everything you need, although the coffee machine was flashing red and orange light constantly and only one pour button worked. There were no instructions on how to use the microwave as it was one of those multi function ones. The pool area was pleasant. Over all a pleasant stay the area is not as inspiring as some of the surrounding towns though.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms very conveniently located across street from the main bus terminal. Staff was excellent: friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We liked that the apart was so new and clean. The room, bathroom, balcony, kitchen+living room areas are quite espacios and well organized. The hotel has a little area of pool that we didn't used. The two negative points: beds are not very comfortable a 8/10 and I would like to have some gadgets in the bathroom to place the towels and other amenities. Minimalism is fantastic on photos but to pass time one needs some "cachivache" 😉

The stay was ok. We were given free breakfast due to dealing with a few problems with our room. Our shower needed to be drained, our air conditioner did not work for the first two nights. At first they seemed to not believe us that we were having trouble with the air conditioner. It took a lot of convincing from both of us to get some assistance. They finally notified us that there was a problem once someone else complained about a problem with their air conditioner as well.

We stayed for five days in July 2018. The apartment was very cool, clean and spacious - as ours was facing the back of the building, it was also very quiet. It was very easy to find parking spaces nearby.
The staff were all friendly, helpful and multi-lingual.

Check in was very slow, probably because of new staff. Appartment was very nice, but could have been cleaned better. Very nice rooms, location is avarage and a bit noisy.

The bedroom is also good for storage; the bed was massive - and very comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower is a superb rainfall/traditional combo and the towels supplied were good quality. Parking was on-street, but - out of season - close by. Handy to have a Lidl just across the road too. We didn't try the pool, the opening hours of which were not terribly useful. Palafrugell is a somewhat anonymous largish town, but excellent road links mean you can be at one of the many amazing coves or beaches in 15 to 20 mins.

The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The shower was particularly impressive. Room was spacious and mostly well equipped. There was no cork screw which was disappointing given that the hotel bar did not open once in our 4 night stay after 1pm. The water which was supposed to be supplied upon arrival was not provided. Generally staff were helpful and accommodating. Good location to town but a 14 euro trip each way in taxi to the beach. The pillows were too uppy!

Beautiful cafe downstairs, great street municipal fresh produce market in walking distance. Large grocery store across the road, laundramat in walking distance.
The only down side was the staff at front desk was not that friendly on many occassions.

Our stay was perfect. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The accomodation was quite new and of a good quality. We couldn't fault it at all in that respect. The hotel had a popular coffee/bar area which seemed to be popular mostly in the mornings. Location wise its probably best to have a car, as whilst there are places to eat nearby (within 10 minute walk) and supermarkets (lidl just across the road) if you want to go anywhere else its just easier by car. We only went to the pool once, but it seemed dirty and there were no chairs or loungers so we gave it a miss and went to the beach instead - a bit of a shame because the kids were looking forward to the pool but the beach and sea made up for it. Parking is free right outside and there is free underground parking if there are no spaces left outside. Overall we'd recommend it and would certainly stay there again.
