It was an impromtu mini trip to LA area, i made the reservation around 11p and finally got to the motel around 2a. I had paid for the room in full and had all documents yet the front desk said they had cancelled the reservation as a no show and at first kinda gave me the "well, sorry..." kinda attitude. A manager finally settled the issue. I was just semi tossed a room card with no envelope containing room number or wifi password just told me the rm number. Got to my room, they didnt issue me a remote and only one towel, no wash clothes or face towels or bath mat, just a towel. When i called the desk for the wifi, they hung up on me. After i went back to the front desk and got my remote and wifi password returned to the room to realize the temperature was not coming down in the room, the AC was broken. At that point i only had 7 hours to checkout and i was just over it so sweated myself to sleep. Bed was comfortable, room was newly remodeled (not the AC) and the bedding and my towel were very clean.

The room look ok, but you need to update cleaning maintenance like the shower curtains, moping the floors ,the borders, because look like new but still smell old

Place was clean and quiet. Room was recently remodeled and nice.. only downside was pool was closed due to renovation however, staff was nice and quick to check me in.

It was a cheap and easy one night stay at a motel when we were in town for a festival. Could it be cleaner, sure! Could it be dirtier... absolutely. The bed was uncomfortable, but the toilet and shower were clean. They let us check in early and parking was free. Solid experience for a very basic stay.

Check in give me a key to my room went into the room the room was dirty or someone else what still staying in that room went back to the office did get another key for another room

Nothing on the bed was changed out or washed. Lipstick marks on the covers and dirt on the pillows from someones skin.

First thing we saw that there were broken windows on the second floor. Then we saw signs that they were doing construction. We tried to accept that we were in a transfer or improvement. From the street view it seemed well kept and newly painted. Yet, when we entered the back it felt run down with broken down cars in the parking and a dirty pool. Our room was on the first floor and the door was spray painted while on its hinges which left marks on the wall behind it. There was hair on the floor and quite a few spots of sticky residue. The beds were well made, but there were not towels in the room. We did not turn on the air-conditioned because cigarettes butts were sticking out from under the vent. The laundry room was next door and was extremly loud all night but so was the freeway that was noticable only after we checked in. The mounted TV on the wall was capable of only 3 channels and extremly blurry. I have a feeling this was there nicest room, but it was not what a No one was present at check in or check out we had to ring for service. The

There was a hard bed no tv no pool no snack bar/ deli all were advertised. Room was so dirty my feet turned black from walking to the bathroom at night.

My window was broken, which they were aware of A Gap from the bottom of the main door to my room ..to the Floor. Lights did not work. Charging port did not work. Accessible shower ,water ran out to the room and Entire floor was soaked. Not pet friendly,very rude management .

We were woken up at 2am when a an employee started to water the grass in front of our room. There were pubic hairs in the bath tub and a used wash rag on the curtain.

This property was very dirty bead sheet smelled. Nothing was working TV, internet, hot water. Property has manning Illegal activities happening On Premises Drug dealing And prostitution. Very very unsafe Could not sleep Always worried about car.

We had a nice stay rooms where remodeled and comfortable beds, very nice front desk personnel, would stay here again

Very bad hotel 1 TV channel, crack heads up all night, shower water valve cold stay away from this low life place.

For $149.72, this hotel has no WiFi, no breakfast, faulty socket at sink, creaking beds, and even bathing towels not provided... Besides, strange people walking outside after midnight. Dog barked fiercely on second floor. Unfortunately, this is the worst motel I ever booked.

It was dirty

Even though this property is being updated , the updates are done sloppy , the room was not clean . Took shoes off and floor turned my feet black , toilet had dirt and hair around bottom. Furniture had food spots and dirt . Had not been clean throughly.

Would not recommend. It is unsafe, dirty, and run down.

It's the worst experience I ever had. You can hear clearly when people walking and talking. Very limited and poor bathroom supplies. The toliet paper was not flushed from last guest. The price is not cheap. Don't come!

While they are doing work on the property, this place feels unsafe as you drive up and when you go into the lobby. My room is newly renovated but there is no mirror, no trash cans, and only a single bath towel with no hand towels or wash clothes. Also, there are only 3 local channels on the tv.

Quiet and somewhat hidden but the floor can be swept better. Overall not bad for the price.

The area felt unsafe, with homeless men on the property. Very unclean outside - dirty sidewalks, parking areas and pool - which was closed "due to COVID-19". No towels in room, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. No dresser, bedside table, chair, closet or other place to hang clothes.

Someone stole my bike and they would not allow me to see the video on camera to see who stole my bike

I like because they let me extend my stay and very friendly and they don't act all disrespectfull like other hotels in Pomona

Room was dirty, mold on ceilings, huge cracks in mirror, toilet uncleaned when we arrived, stains on sheets, graffiti everywhere, and cherry on top was the blood spatters all over the floor. Idk how they get away with it, honestly. We couldn't sleep there for obvious reasons and we couldn't get our money back.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had. This place should be shut down. Broken mirror, mold on bathroom ceiling, holes in door, broken handles tin tub, hair and soap from previous occupant in tub and sink, mildew shower curtain, filthy floor, no mattress cover sheet, traffic noise, not greeted kindly, just so bad.

It was horrible there was blood on the side of the bed, pills and money in the drawer, dirty towel full of hair and a hanger in shower, no one deserves to live or pay to stay in that type ofv environment, it's kind of sad because I trust you hotels.com that you guys look over the hotels this was not look fine the lemon tree hotel or hotels.com
