Stayed for 2 nights with 3 adults 2 kids . Great location for st Jacobs market , walking distance . Only 2 issues , no pool towels one evening and the breakfast was good but didn’t offer pre packed jam , peanut butter , milk etc . So everyone was scooping their own onto their plates and using the same utensils . I realize it’s more package waste but way too many people with coughs and colds in the breakfast area .

this was a great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and quite a large room. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and if ever travelling through this area this would be my #1 choice to stay.

My stay was not bad actually. I was there with 3 other friends. The only 2 complaints I have is that the hotel does not have a lot of breakfast options and housekeeping tidied the room but didn’t leave extra towels which were not provided in the first place, took away the floor mat and didn’t replace it as well so we were forced to repeat towels for the duration of our stay

everything was great til the fire alarm went off before 6am.
The elevators were not working when I was going down around 8am to have breakfast. They were still not working upon checkout and I had to bring all my luggage down 4 floors to leave.

Slow service. We asked for more towels at the front desk. We were told house keeping would bring us some. They were never brought to us. We bumped into housekeeping hours later and had to asked again.

The moment we arrived we were invited to a reception. The check-in was easy, the accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was inviting and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. Breakfast options in the mornings were delish. There wasn’t a lot of hallway noise which was really nice. The only draw backs were the kitchen could have been stalker better. Room slept 7 but only had dishes for 4. A cutting board and a large salad bowl would have been nice as well. But we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great hotel. Has all the amenities you need for a short or even a long stay. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, hot coffee 24/7! When I’m in the area, this is my go-to place to stay.

Generally speaking, this Homewood suite wasn't bad. But we didn't have a pleasant checkin. While check in was at 3, we did inform front desk at around 11 that we would appreciate to be checked in earlier. We saw about 6 families get checked in starting at 2pm, while we had to repeatedly lineup to ask for an update on our room. We ended up waiting till 3 to be checked in.
Secondly, it seemed like the rooms were uncomfortably dry. Both of my children had nose bleeds. Lastly, while there was a lot of activity on Friday and Saturday. The surrounding area was really desolate on Sunday and Monday.
Otherwise, the rooms were very spacious, but slightly dated.

The staff responded quickly to our concerns regarding the noisy freezer, the noisy ceiling fan, the shower mechanism and the dead bolt that did not always retract. The bathroom is starting to show wear with the peeling paint in the shower and wallpaper that is peeling from the wall.
The continental breakfast was hot and tasty and the staff were helpful.

Staff are always very helpful. The building is very clean and well kept. Towel policy was a bit odd but not an issue. Breakfast options were a bit limited but very minor issue.

The front desk staff members were so friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out went smoothly! Our suite was very spacious and clean ... no complaints at all. The location is quite close to St. Jacobs Market and the Outlet Mall. Would definitely stay again in the future!

The cooking pots were dirty with grease stains and burnt on food remnants.Most of the utensils and drinking glasses were in the dishwasher.We were not sure if the had been cleaned.

The front counter staff and restaurant staff were excellent- happy, smiling and efficient.
I felt the room deserved a little sprucing up- loose bar in the shower , no liquid detergent for dishes but overall very clean

The hotel was clean and had great service. We had a room with a kitchen in it and were able to make our own meals as well as having access to an outdoor patio area with bbq’s to use for cooking! The farmers market is very close which allowed us to purchase and make great meals back at the hotel. We visited the theatre to see a play which is right across the street. It was great entertainment. Definitely would go back and stay again!
