Older property but very well maintained. Beach access right off property.

Hotel staff was friendly, professional and very informative. Room was very clean and has very good view of the beach. Beach is a very short walking distant from the hotel. We even left the car parked at the hotel and.walked to the beach. There are a lot of shops and places to eat within walking distance also. Would definitely stay there again and even recommend it to others.

It is on the beach with nice pool and friendly staff. Room is comfortable with ice cold AC and everything you need.

We booked because of all the 10/10 reviews but were sadly disappointed. The rooms are very dated and the air conditioning is terrible- they even have 2 fans in the closet that we had to use to survive the heat. The rooms were fairly clean, but furniture is worn down, outlets have multi use extension cords plugged in, sink drain is gross. There is no air conditioning in the bathroom either. The new tile work was poorly finished which is a shame. The beach is beautiful and that is what kept us from leaving- we just slept, showered and left the next day. There are much better options on that strip.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It is a little bit of an older hotel, and it doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the hotels on either side, but the rooms are clean and it is like half the price. You are walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel like they were excited we were there. The room we had was room 15 and we loved it. Second floor with a gulf of Mexico view also as a side note there is no elevator. The pool was great and although it was a bit of a walk to the beach it was well worth it. The only thing i wish is there was hotter water with better water pressure in the shower. Definitely plan on staying here again!

It was a nice stay mom and pop nothing fancy! But super clean and friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay. This small motel has a low-key vibe that we appreciate. The staff is hard-working and friendly and went out of their way for us. There were a few issues, like a stuck door and lack of hot water, but their manager and PM were on it right away, with minimal wait time (an hour or two). The location can't be beat - step out of your room and onto the beach. We'll be back!

This is not the most exclusive hotel we’ve ever stayed at but the location and staff make it the perfect place to chill at the end of a Disney trip. Came two years ago and will be back asap!

Stayed in room 16, a king suite. It’s a great location, lots of places to shop and eat. The beach is excellent, a really nice boardwalk and ability to walk to other hotels and their bars/entertainment. The property itself is very dated. However, it is kept very clean and tidy. The staff is wonderful, very pleasant and accommodating. The sunsets are gorgeous, the pool is very clean and inviting. We would stay here again.

We loved our week at iBeach Resort. The room was wonderful. The absolute only issue was it was hot in the bedroom, but the resort has box fans in the room to help. The staff was excellent and friendly. They were always out and cleaning. Will definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I came to Treasure Island for a long weekend and stayed at iBeach Resort. It was a cute older motel. Very clean and the staff was very sweet and helpful. Despite Tropical Storm Debbie we had a wonderful time. If I come back to this area I will definitely stay here.

The young lady who checked us in was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone working at Ibeach were friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely be back for another weekend get away.

Great place and great location. This is an old hotel that could use an update, but it’s clean with great staff. The kitchen area had everything needed plus a gas grill Outside by the pool. Most important, our room had two new window units! There were also ceiling fans and three extra portable fans that we didn’t even need. Cold air was not an issue. This hotel has 17 rooms - really 16 bc they skip 13- and they all surround the pool, so you will hear pool noise and sounds of people outside talking. While we were there, the hotel had a great little community feels and we had fun visiting with others and my son had kids to play with.

We love it here. The staff is wonderful! It is a small, older hotel with 3 different types of rooms. Rooms with beds, tv, fridge, microwave and bathroom. Other rooms have all that and stove and sink for cooking. You can also get rooms with what the other two have and a living area. If you are wanting something like the Ritz, this is not the place for you. It is beachfront but the beach is wide and you will have a walk to the ocean. You can watch the breathtaking sunsets from the patio tables or the balcony, if you have a room upstairs. There are fees for things I consider reasonable. Like, getting rid of the fishy smell from seafood being cooked in the room; replacing a lost key and cleaning dishes you should've cleaned yourself. It is steps away from groceries, restaurants (VIP, Britt's, Gigi's, Sloppy Joe's), shopping and ice cream shops. Pool closes at 9 and the lobby closes at night. It is close to 2 inflatable slides (one wet, one dry), a bounce house and small personal trampolines to play on for a fee. You can rent cabanas, umbrella and chairs, kayaks and paddleboards at the same location. We will be back and recommend it for people that don't want to complain about the few rules and fees that are in place.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. A nice inexpensive place to stay right on the beach, with a swimming pool in the courtyard area.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. It’s affordable, clean and the staff is very courteous. It’s convenient to several Treasure Island restaurants and grocery shopping. The swimming pool is nice and well-maintained.

Amazing stay!! Our little family, 1 & 3 year old LOVED it! Very clean and close to the ocean. Definitely will return year and year!

We absolutely love IBeach. It’s a great place to stay that’s on the beach, close/walkable to a lot of great places, no transportation needed here, bars, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy all super close. And of course it’s right on the beach so you can’t get better than that. Nice little pool to swim in as well if you don’t want to swim in the gulf. The best thing about this place is most of the staff - I’ve only met 2 that weren’t incredibly friendly and helpful but they were still pleasant! The others have gone above and beyond for us. The best employee also remembers us which is rare. Plus, it’s affordable. Yes, it’s not a fancy luxury hotel, some things are worn because it’s on the beach, but it’s clean, and that’s what matters the most. We have stayed a few times and will continue to come back each year.

I was in room 2 which has a great view of the beach, the gulf water, and the sunset. The room included: dining table, refrigerator, microwave, stove, two queen beds, dresser, TV, and AC. The room is very comfortable.
