Upon checking Inn it’ says 2pm but room won’t be ready till 3pm. Maybe something the management can look into and have this sorted out. For my experience is the 3rd time I’ve waited for more than 2hrs for the room to be ready.

The public area is very dark, TV channels are always scrambled, not much room amenities. Front Desk staff are very helpful but rooms are very basic to command the price

The room and the staffs were good except for the bouncers(security) at gold club. The way they take advantage of drunk people by stealing their money and things is the worst attitude any staff can do to a guest.

The Service and the 'little things' provided by the Hotel and its staff were 10/10.

Room too hot with heavy bed linen. Only drinking water in room was refilled reusable water bottle in fridge - should be sealed bottle waters for hygiene. Restaurants look impressive - but as always, style over substance - why not try smaller menus but better quality?

Very Expensive for Room provided, unit had a common balcony was not private and noisy. Room was like it need to be renovated. Paid high price for average room when I could've stayed elsewhere in a 5 Star Hotel. Food expensive and average quality. I'm happy to pay a high price for good rooms and good food. Overall, very disappointed and won't stay there again. Reception was even filthy and bench not wiped. When in Moresby next, back to then Hilton for me!! Sorry been spoilt.

The hotel and staff were perfect.l paid for breakfast, to Expedia, and Expedia decided to spoil the holiday by not telling the hotel, that breakfast was included in the room.

Clean and safe hotel. Good food

I have booked at this hotel twice now and both times have had been great. The team are always able to assist any enquiries i had through the booking process. Thankyou Stephanie, Alorah and the Front Desk Team for making our stay effortless. Thankyou for the upgrade too.

Best place to stay when there's work to do in POM. Good food and great staff. Comfortable rooms and everything you need.

I liked the friendliness of all the staff, always ready to assist and always with a smile. This predisposes one to be positive.

Amazing stay. Excellent customer service. Facilities and provisions are more than what I expected - even the provision of Kagen water. Towels and beddings are really clean.

Lovely friendly staff. Very clean. The restaurant at 'Spices' offers really good Indian food. The main issues was it was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights when the Club was in full swing.
