Super clean, modern and comfortable.

Reception staff could have cared that they had a job. Everyone else cared.

Clean room and excellent facilities

My flight was canceled and I did not show up for the first night. I called reception to advise to cancel the night but was not altered on the booking. Luckily I wasn’t charged for that night.

There was no hot water in the room I was placed in. And the room service after hours was slow. Had to call to remind them of the order sent.

Breakfast is good and all option available. For lunch and dinner many options are available. Most amazing part is that food prepared with stone heating arrangement with traditional along with modern technique provided excellent food in terms of taste and quality. Keep it up.

Hilton is located close to the shops and commercial bank.

Nothing. A better style of taxi and driver could be called next time - my chap was poor. Car was a heap and we got lost on way to national museum 8 mins away!

Amazing rooms and building, great premises and restaurant. Up there at the global level of good hotels. Good to relax a bit after traveling across PNG.

Airport pickup and drop off a bit slow and often late even with prior reservation. Some furniture in the bathroom a bit scratched up. Leaking some water from the shower.

Good facilities, rooms are very clean and tidy.

The customer service is better, and room a at standard.

Buffet was good. Wide ranging offering with a good mixture of local and international cuisine. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Transport arrangements out of the place were by taxi and that’s a challenge as there’s no guidance on fees and no matters in the taxis . The hotel could be a little more creative on outbound service support.

Did not have any breakfast during my stap.
