Enjoyed our stay. Easy included on site parking. Easy checkin, appreciate that there was always someone at reception. Indoor pool area had easy access and pool hours during our stay was 6am to 11pm. Appreciated the 2pm check-in, this being one of factors in selecting this hotel. Comfortable bed. Great cotton linens and towels. Included room wifi was good.

While the outside of this hotel looks older the inside is updated, clean and very well maintained so don't let the outside fool you. We were so happy with the cleanliness of this hotel and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We arrived couple of hours before check in time on a Saturday and still was able to find us two rooms. Comfortable, clean, quiet didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but it looked very clean water. Anytime I’m in Hamilton Canada this where I’ll stay definitely most recommend.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The food at the on-site restaurant was fantastic as well, very convenient.

The room was excellent, the bed extremely comfortable and the shower, amazing. But when I returned from the event I was attending (with no food or drink) I was disappointed to find that at 10pm I could not get a drink - the restaurant closed at 9pm. Also, for the breakfast, i ordered the fruit bowl, which i did not like because of a large sprig of grapes (i never eat), and the strange and unhealthy mixture of rasperries (good), melon and orange slices.

This property is old but has been very well updated.
The pool, sauna and hot tub were very clean and spacious with lots of room. We greatly enjoyed the pool hot tub and sauna.
It has fairly easy access to the highway, and is in a good part of town part way between down town and westdale. Not right in the middle of either, but a short drive or cab ride to great places in Hamilton.
The only thing I would have changed is that hallways are very dimly lit for ambiance. I would really prefer better lighting in the hallways.

Added 2 more nights to my stay. Nice smelling room with small kitchen. Good daily housekeeping. Free parking. Not safe to walk towards Fortino area but it is only one bus stop away. Free bus rides within 2 hours. This area feels safer than Hamilton downtown. Walkable to a few restaurants on the west of the hotel. Good breakfast by the onsite restaurant although it doesn’t open on Mondays.

This property is near a busy road, and the traffic noise was unbearable, making it hard to sleep at night. The area felt unsafe, and to make matters worse, when we left the parking lot in the morning, our car was making a loud rattling noise. Concerned, we took the car to Canadian Tire for an inspection. The inspector informed us that something was stuck in the wheel. I'm still puzzled about how this could have happened and what might have occurred overnight.

The hotel itself and staff were great. Very pleasant front desk, great shower, super soft towels, comfy bed. The details on parking were very misleading, however. Parking is very tight and cannot accommodate RVs/boats!

We stayed one night so we could attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear Uncle.
The front desk attendants were very friendly, polite & very sweet, especially the young lady who recommended places for us to eat walking distance from the hotel; very helpful.
Our room was very clean & fresh with lots of pillows for comfort:)
It was stated on the website when I paid for our room that there was a free continental breakfast included, but we had to pay for our breakfast:(

The room was spacious and nicely laid out and furnished. The staff at the restaurant were excellent.
There was a fair bit of street noise even though we were on the top floor. We found the bed a little soft for our liking and the pillows a little too full.
We would stay there again if we needed accomodation in the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly, especially the housekeeping lady! The breakfast at the restaurant was good but the service was very slow. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
