Good location, just a 20 min walk into the old town along the beach promenade. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom small but quiet and clean. Lots of hot water, good shower. Staff lovely. Tea and coffee in lobby.

Staff were great very friendly and helpful

The staff were very kind. Unfortunately, there was a bug infestation in our room. We woke up the on the second morning of our stay to about 50 small insects with wings crawling around the ceiling, on the windows, and a couple of them living in our bed. Not the most romantic for a couples' getaway. We stayed for a total of five nights, and the sheets were not changed once - despite us asking explicitly the last three nights to have them changed. The shower door was misfit, which would make water puddle up on the bathroom floor. They only replaced the towels once, and one was always needed to soak up the water on the floor. The pictures make the room look much bigger than it is. There is not enough space for a couple to shower together, let alone stand up without constantly feeling in the way of each other.

Good value hotel at end of beach

Small hotel in a great location right opposite the beach and next to several restaurants and bars. Staff were excellent as was the lovely continental breakfast each morning. It was within easy walking distance of both the old and new towns Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay here. We were happy to be right on the beach and the view from our little room window was beautiful. Would stay here again as it was so quiet and convenient.

Loved our stay here! Andrea checked us in and gave a terrific run down of San Sebastián, provided a map, a list of things to do and see and some history. Her service was impeccable! The best service we’ve had in our Europe trip so far. The views are unmatched and much prefer staying at nearby beach than the big main one due to the unbeatable sunset and waves on the beach. I would absolutely stay there again. It’s a 15/20 minute walk into old town but we preferred that due to a nice stroll home after delicious food. The cafes downstairs were great so easy to get a coffee in the morning.

Excellent 2-stars hotel. It got all I needed. Very clean and neat. You can see the beach right away! I would truly recommended it during summer :) During autumn, you can see that it is located a bit far away from the center, but that does not overshadow the excellent service and basic amenities. Nice value for the money!

Good location by seaside.

We went to San Sebastian for a couple days during our honeymoon and had an amazing stay at Punta Monpas. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations, the breakfast was amazing, and view out the window was beautiful! The hotel was really close to the beach - perfect spot to watch the sunset. I was also pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get around to different parts of the city from the hotel. We walked almost everywhere. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants right next to the hotel if we wanted to stay closeby. Highly recommend!

Nice service from the reception to help us reserve a resto, good value and very nice location. Parking in the public lot was slightly difficult (even though it was towards off season) but that was expected.

The room was oddly shaped (long and thin) and felt cramped, the view was from a narrow window above the bed post that you had to climb over the bed to look through. Our room was street level so not much of a view but I was told by the staff that the view from the second floor rooms is much nicer. Breakfast was very nice with many choices of cold cuts eggs etc. but what made our stay most enjoyable was Marielda the reception staff for two of the three days that we were there. She was a wonderfully friendly person, very helpful with great suggestions who really made us feel at home. She recommended a day trip to Hondarribia and from there to Hendaye (actually inside France) which ended up being one of the highlights of our stay.

Andrea at reception was super friendly and helpful, she quickly advised us where to park, where to go, what to do and where to eat. The breakfast provided was very good. The room was on the small side but comfortable, the air conditioner worked but only in one setting... very cold, so we used it sporadically. San Sebastián is beautiful so all in all it was a pleasant stay.

We liked the location and size of the hotel. It was at the end of the beach but still accesible to everything and in a nice relaxing atmosphere.

The front desk staff were excellent! Very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Able to hold our luggage for a late flight. The location was quiet and close to the beach....

Perfect location so close to the beach. The staff was the friedliest. Breakfast was delcious. Several bars open till midnight 10 feet away from hotel. We arrived very late and were inmediatelly helped. Very happy with our stay. Bathroom floor needs work.

Brilliant location, lovely sea view, modern clean rooms. Staff are fantastic, spent time with us talking through the best places to eat and visit. Thoroughly recommend

I can honestly say we had a BETTER vacation because of the attitude, inside tips, and help that the office provided. I dont travel overseas often and am intimidated by the language barrier a bit, but I can say this was the best vacation hotel Ive ever stayed at. The people are THAT great. Oh, and the location? the surf break is literally across the parking lot. Food? walk about 1-10 min and go crazy. San Sebastian is amazing!

Great location, friendly staff, great location near beach/surf break, great views of beach/sunsets though with high windows in room would be nice to have bar chairs to enjoy view. Bed was not the greatest.

Perfect location and beautiful sea views if you pick the right room. The friendly hosts gave great reccomendations for places to eat and visit. When traveling back to San Sebastian, we will definitely be staying here again. Good value, service, and location. If you are looking for a laid back vibe that immediately puts you at ease and makes you truly realize you are on vacation, this is the place for you.
