Needed a plugin for my hybrid and the operators worked out a solution. And a request for extra pillows had them brought in 5 minutes! Very friendly

Liked that we could walk to Skaha Lake park. Nice and quiet at night. Our room was very small and poorly lit, except for a bright overhead light. Barhroom was nice, except when you turned on the light a very noisy fan came on. If i syayed here again i would get a room with a kitchenette.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We actually extended our stay by a night because we were having fun. We love the family friendly environment. Our one year old seemed to enjoy himself too! It’s quiet, and beautiful. We loved walking around and how accessible it is to necessities by foot and driving. We will definitely be staying here again.

Older property. Location is everything but way overpriced for what you get. Room was large and basic. However it could have been cleaner. Carpets need vacuuming and the walls needed cleaning around light switches and doors

This property looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1960s but the price was the same as a 5 star hotel.

There was no tissue in the room and none was available. I was offered an extra role of toilet tissue in place!? There were no glasses in the room except for 2 wine glasses and 2 coffee mugs. There was dead flies in the ceiling lamp shade, the bath and hand towels, although had been washed, were stained, which made you wonder. Tgat said, the staff and the reception were excellent. Just wished they would inspect the rooms and make sure they are properly cleaned before booking. I expected more since the price per night was not cheap.

Stated as lake view, not really, peak a boo view through trees. Stayed in a unit designed for only 2 people, unit was very small. Clean but bed very uncomfortable. We were in a unit that was right by barbecues and tables so it was a little noisy in the evening.

The location is amazing. Very short walk to Skaha lake. For families going to stay as the Waterfront, I STRONGLY suggest calling them directly when booking to ensure you get a room that will accommodate your preferences. When we first got there, our room was so small. There was barely enough room to walk by each other. There’s no way a family could stay any length of time in such a small space. Fortunately the ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing and were able to get us into a larger room at the Beachside Motel. I have never in my life seen a room so small as the one we first had at the Waterfront. They’re not all that small but unfortunately when I booked online there was only a picture of the bathroom. Now I know why, lol.

Parking was an issue for a full size truck. Everyday we had to park somewhere else because the staff couldn't pass on the message that we were in someone else's spot and they were to park in ours

Likely the most overpriced hotel room for me as a frequent traveler in years. Low grade level motel.Very poor condition parking lot/front .Plus , guests had to walk to another motel down the street to register etc.
Good waterfront access.
All in al a terrible value and as a frequent Hotels.com customer , I would really appreciate a full refund/credit.

Smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Check in was at another location. Property is old and could use maintenance. Don't let the pictures fool you. Not someplace I would recommend.

Loved that the beach was only a 2 minute walk. Older property but place was clean and comfortable. Had all of the amenities for the kitchen.

Price didn’t match the facilities. Wasn’t great rooms, very cramped. Nice communal outdoor patio area with BBQs to use though and the location is great if you plan on spending time at the beach.

Great location. Room was ok but walls are paper thin my partner didn't get any sleep due to the poor woman in the next room coughing all night. No towels and staff is non existent....you have to go 2 doors up to find someone and no answer on the front desk phone... When I checked in the lady was outside chatting with a bunch of people and even though we pulled up and parked right in front and I went in and out a couple of times, rang the bell and called... another guest told me she was outside smoking and that he would get her for me. I would have just left BUT non refundable.

I went with my husband to get away from home for 3 days to relaxing, first time to stay in waterfront inn, we liked and the area around, for sure we want to go back soon ..

We stayed in a kitchen suite, had to ask for plates, dish soap, toilet paper, no big deal except the office is two hotel's up the street. Staff were helpful but needing tp over night and office didn't open until 9 am was a bit much.

The property is just next to the lake! It would thus be nice to stay for a couple of days with your family members. When we stayed there, a Japanese couple was selling wonderful Japanese foods from a stall, which many visitors there praised a great deal.

Not exactly what I expected for the price. Clean and very close to the beach. A bunch of tenants partied until 5 in the morning on the front sidewalk… drinking, screaming and fighting. No one was available at the front desk to complain too. I guess I should have just callled police.

The staff were really open to improving accessibility to accommodate my husband - and it was a chance to collaborate on that. The location is awesome - right across from the Skaha Lake Park and beach - all the necessities for a stay right at hand - and an awesome hot tub and sauna on site - and close to great ice cream!

The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. The AC kept it plenty cool on a hot day. Nice and close to the park and beach. A couple of gas grills are available to use as well.
