The location of the hotel is great, nice and close to the main train station, easy to find. Lots of nearby food places. The staff where lovely and had basic English. Things that put us offYou had you leave your room key at reception each time you went outThe bathroom is so small I couldn't dry myself in it and had a massive step to get up to get into itThe bed was small but we expected that. The drier took three hours to dry a small load of clothes but it was free (had to pay for washing powder)Even though we where on a non smoking floor, it still had that musty smokers smell

The hotel is conveniently located in a 5-10 min walk from Sendai Station. The room itself was quite small though and the bed was hard. It didn't cause us much issue but a bit more space would have been nice. The room also smelt like smoke.

The bathroom was a major issue (the sleeping area was typically small, per Japanese custom, so that wasn't a particular issue). The bathroom was 10" step up/down from the sleeping area, had about a 12 inch wide entry with the toilet taking up some of the entry area. One edge of the sink hung over the tub. Just awful! The hotel is however well located just two blocks from the train station and they have a free laundry facility.

Not far from the station, lovely place with great staff, very welcoming. Room was a decent size, comfortable, and clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a triple room. Compact and okay for a few nights, beds a good length, firm mattresses. Short walk from Sendai station, relatively easy to find.

I recommend this hotel. The only bad point is the small size of rooms. But anyway this is Japan!

At the chec-in we were informed that the hotel only clean the rooms and change linen every other day, but changes towels every day. All for the environment. Quite alright we thought, unfortunately it must have been cleaning day the day before our arrival. It was filthy on the floor. A chair was so dirty we couldn't use it. We told the reception that they should see if there were any other chair available, if there was they would change it! they did change it... The wallpaper was filthy and it looked like bloodstains at one place. If this had been a really really cheap hotel, we could have lived with it, but it wasn't, it cost as much as any of the hotels we stayed in throughout our journey in Japan, but this was the only one I can't recommend at all. Close to JR station and a bit further there are lots of restaurants and shopping

Room was a tight experience for two people. Staff was nice and the parking they recommended was down the road.

hotel was close to the station. good location overall with lota of food choices close by. inside station or mall a lot of options. hotel service was good also. if yoi arrive early they will gladly put your bags aside until you return fpr your check in . bathroom was a bit small as per standard. so if you are tall you might find your movements restricted. good location to sight seeing also. nice walks around.

We love Sendai and the surrounding countryside and found this hotel to be so convenient and such excellent value for money. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.While the rooms are very small / compact, they have all that you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags after checking out at 11am. It was about 5 - 10 minutes walk to the station.

Decent hotel with cheap and good breakfast. Toilet is a bit too small for comfort but room is comfortable and location is good for the price.

Not far from Sendai Railway Station, can walk within 5 minutes, surrounded by convenience shop and restaurant. But it's suit for very short stay or only one night because the hotel room space is belower than Japanese business hotel especially the bathroom.

Hotel located not so far from sendai station. Very friendly staff. Hotel and room not so big. Convenience store near by hotel. resonable price. No public bath. You can walk to shopping street.

very close to all the shopping centers and the train station, unfortunately most taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is, but thats my only gripe about this place really, good stay.
