One a very busy roadway

The room itself was pretty great, roomy! But the door handle for the bathroom was busted so we had to keep the door partially open to go without getting stuck in the bathroom!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Some sketchy people stay here. There was a white Hyundai accent parked outside all night with the engine running.

The room space is small, and people and Staffa is not visible, and kind.

This location was just what we needed for a night stop over! It was easy to access along our route and offered a clean and comfortable stay!! Convenient location to some amenities and food locations as well!.

Centrally located, not far from beach and walking distance to main town, not bad, don't expect too much

At first was worried about safety but it turned out well

The room was ok. It was old but clean. When we had the sign turned to “please make up room”. Nothing was done except the bed was made, garbage emptied and child sized towels replaced. No cleaning at all was done. We asked for 2 extra pillows that reeked of strong spices. We had to stuff them into drawers. Again room was decent and clean enough but other issues were off putting.

It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s on the most convenient street for shopping and meals.

All Seasons Motel is very conveniently located at the north end of Port Elgin's shopping / dining strip. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. Reasonable for the price. The owners are friendly and helpful. I stayed here for 3 nights in late October as well as in July. The only problem on the October visit was the weak internet connection. I will definitely stay there again!

Do not book your stay here. It is very run down with alot of questionable people sitting outside the property they made us feel very uncomfortable. After relaxing sitting on the bed we discovered blood stains on the pillows (on both sides and actually on the pillow, not just the pillow covering). When we complained and wanted to get out of there because of how unclean it was and book somewhere else they would not refund us our money for both nights. We had to pay for that night even though we were only there for 1.5 hours. Please do not waste your time going here. They obviously saw the blood stains if they really do clean the sheets after each guest and just ignored them.

Well situated, clean, very basic motel, tired furnishings but quite serviceable. A well functioning mini fridge that kept cooler packs frozen and travel food cold.

Owners are very friendly people.

Quite small rooms that needed a good cleaning. One towel still had beard hair from a previous guest. The first room we had didn't lock properly. And police were called for another guest who was causing a disturbance. Staff were helpful though.

Great little place to stay over for a couple nights when you're just looking for a place to sleep. Was clean, convenient location with parking right outside our room.

It feels like the motel was recently updated, so it feels good to be there. I seem to find that updated rooms are always cleaner. All the basic needs are met for a fair price - comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, clean room & washroom, temperature control, etc. If the price stays the same next October, we'll be back!

Some of the neighbours were noisy until late hours of the night. Decent value for the cost, rooms were cleaner than expected. If you are looking for peace and quiet or more privacy maybe look elsewhere.
