Great location. Clean hotel. Rooms modern and fairly spartan, but still decently equipped. Quiet. Great beds. Shower curtain was missing in our bathroom which was a but annoying. Really nice staff willing to help at all times. Easy to access the hotel which has a night warden on duty all night. No breakfast available which is a bit annoying, but they have an agreement with another hotel in the chain where breakfast can be purchased at a reduced price (still expensive at NOK200) and only a short walk away. I stayed in the same hotel 6 months ago, and the experience back then was similar. Top score.

I’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting Tromso. It is pretty basic, but affordable, clean, comfortable bed, and safe. Walkable to where the northern lights tours meet

I only stayed for one night but check in/out was fast and efficient. Comfortable, clean rooms and v central location.

Provided the bare minimum for amenities, very clean. Location was a short walk to the port.

however rooms are on the small side and not much space for luggage

Great hotel for a night stop over, easy to get to on the bus from the airport, comfortably beds. Ask for a high room, saw Aurora from r9om briefly.
Late checkout on a Sunday was a great surprise, just ask for it!
6pm which was perfect for our boat to Skjervoy all in all a great stopover

All staff including Sam were excellent! Always professional and accommodating. The only lacking in the hotel is in-room electric kettle and mini fridge. Had a great stay!

we visited tromsø for a dog show and stayed at this hotel with our two dogs. the hotel was very dog-friendly and was filled with dogs for the show-weekend! this was both nice to see, but also brought down the cleanliness of the hotel for our stay. some dogs had accidents in the halls or in the elevator for example - not the hotel’s fault, but maybe a requirement for non housebroken dogs to wear ”splash guards” would help! overall we had a nice stay and the people at the reception were very nice and helpful.

Quiet and clean hotel, conveniently located to visit Tromsø. Within walking distance to shops, places of interest and various bus stops, including to the airport. The only negative was that my room was very dark since the window was towards a narrow corner of the building with view onto the opposite building wall.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was a decent size for a single person. Amenities adequate for the price. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of air and cooling inside the room during the summer. It was hovering around 80F inside the room during my entire stay and was really uncomfortable. It was cooler in the hallways than in my room. I asked if there’s anything that can be done, and the reception said it is what it is.

Room was really badly cleaned. It was a carpet of dust on the floor under the bed. Complained to the reception about a horrible sewer smell in the bathroom. They would not change my room and promised to send someone with a "good smell spray"... That someone never showed up. Bad service, bad room. The quality has really gone through the floor since my last stay there a few years ago. It's time for this hotel to do a serious revision of itself if they are to consider themselves a serious hotel in the future.
And aircondition on 24 degrees celsius, impossible to change value so it was really hard to get a good nights sleep.

The room was small but clean and perfectly adequate for our stay. It was very hot, which made it hard to sleep. The staff was excellent. We can't say enough about how well we were treated. If ever there again, we would stay here.

Comfort hotel should be changed to Basic hotel. There was no room cleaning for four days to save on cleaning costs. In the room, there was not a single cup, never mind a kettle. The location was central.

Location of the hotel is very central. The hotel has all the amenities one would require. They allow for luggage storage when arrival is early. The takeout shop beside the registration desk meet all the basic needs and the coffee/tea self serve sale is very convenient. Calling for taxi is efficient and speedy service. Great low cost hotel to stay in Tromso.
