We booked this for a 1 night stay on our way to NY. The front desk clerk (Liam) had the personality of a rock, but check in was smooth, when we got to our room, it wasn't the 2 queen beds that we booked, instead it was a handicapped accessible room with a king bed. A little strange, but whatever. The room seemed clean and everything worked as it should. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was fairly clean, but there was used bars of soap still left in the shower which grossed me out. The 99 restaurant is literally in the parking lot which was very convenient. (Great food, btw!) The breakfast at the hotel was nothing to write home about. When we got there, there was nothing left of the hot stuff, so we had to wait a while. Overall I would stay here again if need be, but i would hope they pay more attention to the shower. Also, I tried to call the front desk (about 10 times) about a question with the WI-FI and no one ever answered, so i had to go down to the front desk.

Staff at desk was friendly, this was the only upside. There was drops of urine on the toilet seat and hairs on the toilet rim when the seat was lifted. A noticeable red biofilm was building up around the shower drain, there was some drink or food residue on the on both the leather chair and bed side table. The TV remote was also sticky and had a thick yellow buildup on some of the buttons that I was able to scrape off with my finger nail. One of the pillows had yellow spot in the middle. I would hope the hotel gets a new housekeeper for future guests because this was upsetting!!!

Staff was helpful, room was clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast service was very good. Could use some sprucing up such as carpeting in common areas. But overall, good experience.

No one was at front desk when we arrived. Waited 5 or more minutes for person to come to get us checked in. Breakfast was good-person serving it was friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed comfortable.

This hotel was a little dingier than others we visited this week. However, the room was nice and clean. The pool, which is indoor, was surprising very cold and we were a little disappointed since we paid a little more so we could go swimming. Overall, this was an average hotel.

good value for price, especially handicap facilitie. Very clean except there was a small bunch of hair in shower from preious guest. But staff was great at cleaning it up right away. Brought clean towels when requested. Hotel itself was wonderful, but in a strip which was not attractive and congested. Breakfast was great!

If you set your expectations low, then I guess this is OK. The air conditioner didn’t work. It was about 78° outside, and even though the air conditioner ran all night long, the inside temperature was about 77.
There’s no soap in the bathroom, so if you wash your hands, then you need to squeeze some shampoo out of the wall, mounted shampoo dispenser in the shower.
The carpets were dirty.
On the plus side, the staff doing the breakfast was very nice and working hard.

The hotel was close to a family get together so that worked out well. I did have trouble with Wi-fi on my 4th floor room. Overall it was a decent place to stay. I would stay there again.

There was way too much voice bleed-through from the adjoining room. Their TV was on ALL NIGHT LONG at a volume I could hear constantly. And they were talking...including and lengthy & loud cell-phone convo; and laughing out in the hallway like no one else existed in the hotel besides them. Across from my son's family's room, the occupants just opened their hallway door and kept living loudly! It did not amount to a comfortable stay AT ALL! I know you can't control others behaviors, but I do feel staff should have been better monitoring the situation. And request the respect of other guests needs.

There were items in the frig from a previous guest, coffee machine was dirty, carpet did not look vacuumed and the door to the room had a wide gap at the base hinge side of the jamb...you could see out into the hall! (Which means someone could see in!) For $206 per night this hotel is not worth the money. This is an $89.99/night room only.

We were pleasantly surprised at this Comfort Inn. Our room was very clean and spacious. Mattress, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. Hot water flowed almost instantly. The accessible unit had a great walk in shower and a shower bench! Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely recommend this for a reliable place to stay in Brattleboro.

Very clean. AC/heater fan was as loud as a jet engine and you couldn’t turn it down. Staff very courteous. Breakfast decent for a complimentary hotel breakfast.

It was right off the highway which is convenient. But the property needs updating. For the price we paid I expected more. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

I want to start with the positive. My room was clean, including the linens. The bathroom was nice and fairly updated. My interactions with the front desk were positive.
The negative: the lobby was very dirty and looked run down. On my first night, I asked for a new room because I was traveling alone (and a woman) and was originally placed on the first floor with my door across from the stairwell. While deadbolted, it was an adjoining room and I was able to open my door to the other door. The curtains didn't close all the way so people in the parking lot could see directly into my room.The clerk at the front desk was helpful and gave me a new room. However, the screws had been loosened on the door lock in that one. I was able to tighten them and it was so late by that point that I didn't want to ask for yet another room, but it didn't feel like the safest place. There were people yelling in the halls and in the parking lot at night. Overall, if given a choice, I would try to book another hotel if I travel to the area again.

Hotel is no frills but bed and pillows were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, it was clean and the breakfast staff were kind and pleasant. Breakfast was much better than I expected—fresh whole fruit, several flavors of local coffee, hot items, make your own waffle and Greek yogurt for me.
