Loved staying here - staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was clean, spacious and had amazing amenities. Located close to the bars, restaurants and night markets. A mini mart right round the corner. Enjoyed a lot.

can arrange excursions directly with the hotel
only challenge was that the local tuktuks needed a little bit of help from google maps to find the place

The apartment was very spacious and well set out. The noise from the main road at the front was irritating from time to time so an apartment at the back would probably be a better choice. The main problem was the internet which was very intermittent and slow. The internet was being upgraded while we were there so hopefully it will be improved which would be very important as it was difficult to do much work as it was. The pool was very nice.

Accomodations was fine. The best thing about this facility was the huge pool and washer and dryers that are available to guests. Front desk people could be more friendly. They didn't greet us when we checked in or any other time when we walked into the lobby compared to other hotels that we had stayed in Laos and Thailand.

Ok property, ok staff. These are serviced apartments so not the same service as a hotel. A bit noisy. Sound come from other rooms. WIFI was terrible. Internet access dropped out often and sometimes for long periods. Would not stay there again.

The room was spacious as we reserved the 2 bedroom executive suite. The property was clean and it was nice to have in unit laundry since our stay was quite long. The pool was great and so was the daily breakfast buffet. The staff were nice and professional. The location was a bit of a challenge as there were not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and hardly any street vendors. We like to eat local food when we travel. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

The guy who checked us in the afternoon was not very helpful, welcoming or accomodating. He's more like a robot than a person. He made us felt that he's doing us a favour by staying in their hotel. Our 1st night was a horrible sleepless night due to the noise and uncomfortable room. However we were so lucky that the next day there was a nice and helpful guy Phetsamai who, with the help of his manager, assisted us with our issues and we were upgraded to a better room. Thanks heaps Phetsamai!
The free use of the laundry room was great and the pool was simply relaxing after touring around on a hot day. Easy walk to town. Thanks to Em at the reception who has also been very kind and helpful during our stay.

I was disappointed with this property. I booked a 2-bedroom unit, and my biggest complaint was the many mosquitoes in the room when we checked-in and although we tried smashing them all between our clapping hands, more continued showing up during our 4-day stay even though we kept the doors and windows closed. We were also greeted with a dirty rag on the bathroom counter that a housekeeper had left and a half-full water bottle on the balcony with a cigarette bud floating in it. The washing machine in the room was disgusting… black mold growing all over the rubber door gasket, and it smelled terrible. The room's safety box stopped working, so a hotel engineer unbolted the old box and replaced it with another one. The next day, the replacement safety box would not open, and the engineer could not find the physical key that is used to open the box when the electronic mechanism stops working, so they had to physically destroy the box door with a hammer, chisel, and hacksaw blade to retrieve my valuables. Lastly, the beds were too hard and the wi-fi was unreliable and very slow. There was no effort by hotel management to apologize for these problems and I will not be returning.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment at the front of the complex. Traffic noise was bad, particularly early in the morning. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were there for six days and it was good to have the extra living space that a standard hotel room does not have. Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen that catered for two people. The breakfast was OK, but basic, but there were better breakfast options in the area. Staff were efficient and helpful and spoke good English. The large swimming pool was clean but very cold, which was refreshing after a hot day. Mosquitoes were a problem throughout Vientiane and the hotel fogged once a week. We would stay here again.
