The hotel was very nice and clean, convenient to the Goodyear Theatre.

Check in was easy. Everyone very friendly. The room was out of date and worn. Bed was not comfortable at all and the bedside stands needed dusted. Fortunately we were just there for one night.

Overall the stay was ok. I was very disappointed when I was checked into a room that was not what I reserved. I reserved a king room with walk in shower for my disabled husband. What I received was a 2 queen bed with a tub. Needless to say he could not shower that night. The hotel could only offer us free/discounted breakfast, free drinks at the bar or a future discounted stay. None of which we were able to do. I spent a lot of money on that wrong room.

We stayed for business and were treated to a good night rest and excellent room stay; staff was very attentive. Excellent bar and friendly staff.

The front desk clerks had to be reminded to attend to me as they were busy talking to each other. One of the clerks eventually gave me a breakfast buffet voucher, which was nice.

I must share, Ashley in the bar/ cafe area is amazing! Customer focused and working so hard as the only server last night after the show! She was so professional and worked solely on her own to ensure all guests were served! She is a true gift to your Company!

Cleaning was an issue. There were long dark hairs on the edge of the bath tub, debris on the floor. The furniture and hair dryer were sticky to the touch.

Hilton Garden Inn is our place to stay whenever possible. This hotel was another slam dunk. Friendly staff at the desk, clean room, shower had strong water flow, great property. We appreciate their attention to detail.

We had a 1 night stay during our road trip. Lobby and our room were welcoming, warm and clean. Staff was very friendly and we love that we could stay with our dog.

The housekeeping used a key to come into our room at 8:45am while we were sleeping, the pool and hot tub was closed and that’s why we booked it and the beds were so uncomfortable

Great location for concert venue . Draw back of no free breakfast. Although they do serve at a $9.00 cost for breakfast which is cheap . Shampoo and body wash containers were empty.

Convenient location near interstate and University of Akron. Must request housekeeping which was not explained at check-in. Average service overall. Breakfast staff was outstanding but breakfast requires additional fee.

I stayed just one night but the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was close to shopping and places to eat too.

My room's door did not have a seal at the bottom, so some light crept under the door (not typically an issue, since I use an eye-mask to keep light down), but this made any noise in the hallway noticeable, especially late at night. For instance, despite being three rooms away from it, I could hear when the ice machine was being used, and when housekeeping began to work in the hall in the morning, I could hear them quite clearly.

Overall, the stay was fine. But in the middle of the night, there was an altercation with screaming and yelling in the lobby. As my room was near the lobby, it woke me up and kept me up. I know that it was not the hotel's fault that these people caused such a disturbance, but I think the screaming and yelling lasted at least 1/2 hour, perhaps more. Security should have removed them from the building quicker, or called the police who could.

Pros: Centralized location and comfortable bed.
Cons: The pool and hot tub were "out of service," I could smell cigarette smoke from inside my room, it was loud in the hallway, the coffee pot and bathroom weren't very clean and there was hair on the floor and in the shower before I used either of those areas and there was mold in various parts of the shower. Also, parts of the arm of the desk chair were falling apart.

If you go to a concert at the Goodyear theater, you cannot beat the Hilton . It’s nice, and so close to the theater. Very walkable . Pretty much across a parking lot

We reserved a room with a king bed, but got a room with 2 queens. When we asked why, they didn’t have a king available. The room did not appear to have been vacuumed well- there were black fuzzies on the floor near the bed. And we were charged $8+ for the bottled water next to the coffee maker - there was no sign indicating these were not free.

The entire staff: front desk, those keeping coffee/tea stocked, and making sure the lobby areas were kept clean, were all very friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely stay here again. Great service!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Thomas at the front desk. He was extremely pleasant and helpful getting us checked in. In the evening the gentleman running the bar ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get a chance to ask his name) was extremely busy after our concert ended. He remained calm and very friendly as he managed to take care of about 25 customers. Very nice hotel and kind staff. Property is in nice condition and modern. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. It was cleanish. Had some issues with the wifi and had to go down to front desk for help since the phone in our room didn't work. Pool was closed so that was another bummer.

My room was acceptable clean. Shower was nice but for very slick. The drawers in the bureau were hard to open and the ironing board was bent down on the bottom. The maid never checked on me and I caught her in the hall asked for toilet paper and she told me there was none in the building. The entrance was beautiful and the desk staff were very helpful. I ate several meals at the restaurant. The veggie burger was excellent as well as the fries. Caesar salad with chicken. Good but the shaved Parmesan was clumpy with the added chicken. Not dispersed well on the salad. Veggie primavera. Very nice.
