The pool and hot tub were closed and that wasn’t mentioned on the site. The steak that we ordered was all fat, and the mini store was not stocked at all. There was a funky smell in our wing too.

We stayed here for 2 nights to watch the eclipse. The staff was very nice, especially the employees working the bar/restaurant. The food was good & reasonably priced.
The room was a bit dated & needed a deep clean. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls in some places & the mattresses were not comfortable (could feel springs/lumpy). The pool was under construction so that was a bummer too.

Very close to our concert venue. Nice rooms, clean and roomy with a restaurant/ bar on the premises. They were extremely busy and managed to provide great service to customers.

JUST DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THE HOT TUB AND POOL WAS DOWN AND WAS NOT INFORMED BEFORE

I thought the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again just because of them.
The carpet was dated and had several holes in it. I think it looked dirty because of its age. The room just looked like it needed to be updated.

Clean, nice decor, very friendly people at the desk. Appreciated frozen meals to take to room as well as drinks assortment all in cold cases. Comfy bed.

Felt very safe. On site bar and restaurant with beautiful outdoor seating. Requested close to elevator and she offered first floor. It was right by exit. Short walk to unload. That was wonderful.

the dinner food and drinks were excellent. the Bartender she was awesome and excellent server. Too bad Saturday was her last day. lost a good employee.
the breakfast was terrible. Our server was rude and got smart with me like I was stupid. the pancakes were hard as brick and the eggs were watery.

Overpriced food with really small portion. Kids running around and screaming with no parents around. Couldn't enjoy the pool or hot tub because of the amount of kids running and jumping in and out of both, again no parents around.

The location was great. Excellent service and great restaurant service at dinner. Morning server was a little rude but otherwise not too bad.
