Very friendly staff, room was clean and met our needs

Bathroom too small, no room for personal belongings. Could hear band from room at all hours of the night. Would not stay on this property again.

We loved the motel and convience to all of Key West. We only had one problem, hurricane Debby caused us to miss 2 of our 4 days there.

Location was a dream! Duval is a simple 5min walk, Tipsy Rooster made WONDERFUL drinks with infused liquor, convenience store across street truly was convenient. The Sourhern Most Piunte was a comfortable 5min walk. Location and price point were excellent. Will return again!

The air conditioners don’t cool the room enough we had to ask for a fan. The rooms are very small. Just not as ispected.

This is a very tightly packed motel Style accommodation. I recommendation is you don't pull into the car park straight away because you might be in a different car park and trying to turn the car around is very tight without any parking spaces. We were in a little annex to the area which meant our car was in one car park but we walked slightly down the road to our room however it did mean that we had small swimming pool for around 10 rooms. It's an older property but it is being maintained well and it's a short walk to the far end of Duval Street. There is a shuttle bus service if you go out to the hotel turn right and walk to the bank there is a free bus that will take you around Key West. Interesting enough no one in the hotel seemed to know about it. Breakfast was good it's a grab and go situation but there was a good selection. Pool temperature was just right and although the hotel looks fairly full I actually had the whole pool to myself in the evening. There is a bar at the front which my adult children did use:-) if I was going to Key West again I would look at this hotel as a number one choice. The room is very large, the accommodation is in a quiet area but within easily walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Great motel close to the Southern most point. Very safe area. The room was older but nice and also clean.

Nothing too fancy but clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning on a very hot day! Lobby staff was helpful and friendly.

My room (#5) was great. The a/c worked very well. I wish I could say good things about the properties amenities. I had no wifi in my room, the larger pool (not heated) was super hot, outdoor shower did not work, no bathroom in the area, the ice machine by the pool os broken, the ‘beach’ that they offered is awful and is always awful (been coming to KW for 15 + yrs).

**DO NOT leave/forget anything behind, you'll be told housekeeping didn't find anything, which is NOT TRUE. Management, supervisor or housekeeping management ** DO NOT return phone calls about item left behind. Staff tell you to email & that doesn't get a response. For this, I could NOT leave a better rating, would be willing to change if this matter gets resolved. Front desk staff helpful with things to do, things to see & places to eat.

Very convenient, nice clean rooms ! Friendly staff For me not enough umbrellas at the pool! On Very hot days no cover at the pool , other than that nice place, great bar on site !!!quiet !

Disappointed

Staff is friendly and the location is great!

Not even good for the price. Spend a little bit more money to stay somewhere ALOT better than this place. The A/C didn’t work so we were hot all night, we had ants crawling all over the place, found a couple of cockroaches too. The walls are so thin that you won’t be able to sleep at night due to the music and constant noise outside, the chickens will wake you up at the crack of dawn. Don’t expect a refund either, we tried after the moment we walked through the door. I don’t recommend this place and we will not ever come back.

Location is great but it’s a very basic old motel. Rooms were super tiny, parking is very tight and difficult. Definitely not very clean, some stains in sheets and thick dust on blinds and stuff. It’s a decent safe place in a great location but definitely nothing nice or fancy.

Cozy hotel in the center of Key West. Welcoming staff and at the reception there was free access to coffee and muffins all day. A light breakfast was included which was nice. Recommended!
