Beautiful, hotel and staff all across the board. Everyone took really good care of me. It’s been 23 years since I left Guinea so it was nice to see a hotel like NOOM

Because of poor communication in Guinea, I missed my first day of reservations. Because of that they cancelled my reservation for the other day and they wanted me to pay for two nights. I was definitely disappointed.

Beautiful place

Everything about this hotel was fantastic - service, comfort, safety, access to Sea Coach, and especially the pool. Would definitely stay here again should I find myself in Conakry again.

Arfan and Arthur were good. Lika was not. I was charged for a city tax that was not present in the booking/listing. I had already paid all taxes upfront when booking and then was surprised to be served a receipt for an additional city tax.

The hotel rooms are good but some basic items Like extension cords and coffee mugs were not available in the rooms

I love the place

The receptionist who booked us in was poorly trained, unhelpful and unfriendly. We ate at the hotel for our entire stay. Unfortunately my wife had a severe stomach complaint which commenced on our second night. This made for an unpleasant stay.

The treatment was horrible. They even lock me out of room And won’t let in, at the time of check out claiming that I had in the room before a check out. I considere this disrespect to me. Who has been a gold member and client of the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property is all i expected and better. Most staff speak only French but that was a given. The billing always had extra items that weren't ordered so had to check every time

The rooms are nice. They are clean. The staff are pleasant. The breakfast is very good. The food in the restaurant is generally good. If I had any point that they could upgrade it would be the service staff in the restaurant and around the pool. Waiting 20-30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you isn't going to win you rave reviews. Consistently waiting 20 minutes for a drink isn't going to win you rave reviews. With a little more management attention to detail, I think it could be significantly improved.

The area around the hotel is dirty.

Service in the morning is just as great as it used to be, but service at nighttime is horrible. It consistently takes 30 minutes to even be greeted - one night it took an hour and 30 minutes to get half melted ice-cream and pay. We extended our stay, and the front desk lady told us we could stay in our current room, but then later that day, a different man at the front desk made us switch rooms. It was extremely inconvenient. The property is still very nice, and the kids love the pool.

Upgraded room without asking

Beware of fraud. I booked my hotel on Expedia. I was overcharged for incidentals (about 1000 USD). That charge went on my VISA within about 1 day of check in and I did not spend much in incidentals. I was told they couldn't refund my VISA that amount because it would take months. I was asked to give my banking details so the hotel could wire me the money I didn't use on incidentals (700 USD). I am still waiting for that money and it has been well more than the 3 days they said (in fact more than week). They said their accountant does not work on the weekends and refused to refund me in cash. I have written to the Noom hotel by email multiple times including the email on the Noom website, the hotel ownership email (magnolia), etc. No response. I put a fraud alert on my credit card. I have a local contact. They were very nice but I found this practice highly concerning and write this to warn all future customers that your credit card may be overcharged and not refunded.

An amazing stay ! It’s absolutely no way this hotel is rated 3 stars. Easily 4 or 5 star. Clean, spacious suites, infinity pool, helpful staff, and Room service as well as restaurant on site is excellent. Will return upon next visit !
