Service at the bar and at the restaurant can use improvement, at the bar the person has no idea on how to pour a beer and at the restaurant I had to stand up and get to the person at the machine in order to get the check, I come back after last time power went out over the night and did not came back. I do not think I will come back soon

Nice hotel close to Juriquilla. I reserved 3 rooms with one king size bed and a double sofa (the photo shown when reserving the room showed one king size bed and the double sofa in a different room - when I checked in they told me this was actually a suite which was not available). Only one of the rooms had the double sofa bed ready for sleeping - the other rooms didn't have sheets or pillows for the sofa bed, we had to ask for them at the reception). The food and service at the buffet breakfast were excellent.

They don't supply hot water late evening time frame. I attempted to shower at night and had to make it a short shower as there was little to no hot water. I accepted the issue the 1st night as there was an earlier power outage that day. but on day 2 - the same thing happened. I checked the water temp in the morning via the sink faucet and there was hot water. I give the staff an A for preparing breakfast without any electricity.

Nice and clean

Everything works as it should. Nothing to really rave about, but a solid option in Queretaro

My husband is working in Queretaro so almost every weekend we stay at this hotel. We use to love it. But the past two stays have not been what we expect. The food is worst each time, the used to have big portions and nicely presented. We had some fruit this time and it was very green no presentation. The waiters take a lot to bring you what you ask for. We where at the pool and asked for some snacks I had to go like 3 times and ask him for our meal. Also we have a little baby, and we always ask for a crib when we do the check in, they always take it right away, this time we asked for it, but it never got to us. So I asked for it again at the end of the day and the girl at the front desk said the didn't have any. I told her they when I got there the told me they the and she was said we are sorry we are full. I told here that the service at the hotel was getting worse, the said sorry we are full.

My family and I have stayed several times and it has been great. Just the one last time the room floor had some crumbs. Guess it was a little mistake from the cleaning crew
