Best value for the prices. Everything important is walkable and the cost is half or hotels that extremely close

The stay was very good. The hotel is located at a very good location as well, nearby to the bus stop, mall, city center. The staff was also very helpful, prompt and with good communication. The only issue was with heating in the bedroom, it was not covering the entire room.

Like the location. Did not like the apartment. Looked nothing like the one advertised. Much smaller basement little flat. Vey little lite, very little space, you can hear people walking the floor above, one of the smoke alarms was missing. Had to ask for change of towels. We were there for 9 days and despite this place being run by hotel you have to ask for new towels once a week. Very slow internet, netflix stopped every 5 mins in the evenings. Pools and sauna are closed for 2 years now and still being advertised.

The place was very cozy and it was located in the city centre so we didn’t have to walk too long or travel to get to the pick up points. Staffs are very accommodating as well, the receptionist when we checked in even helped us with our luggages! The ambiance was very nice that we would love to extend our stay there and just chill out!

The hotel room was spacious and well equipped with all the kitchen appliances and kitchen ware. The staff was beyond friendly and always ready to help. They made my stay most enjoyable. The fact that there was no phone in the room doesn't matter as the staff was the best! Its 1 block from the train station and from the grocery store. All major attractions are walking distance.

The general standard is low (they advertise "high standards"). e.g. the TV table is wobbly and unstable. 1 bedroom was smaller than the bathroom. The other was in the attic. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. No soap was in the shower dispenser. We were overall disappointed in the quality and condition of the place, for the price of 900$/2 nights.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Spotless. Good facilities. Comfortable bed. Wooden table a bit tired but clean. The only downside was the Entrance to the property. Which was down a set of steps. The top path was covered in ice and very slippery. But what can one expect in February!

Very good service and warmer room. 24hours coffee and pine cake time (18:00-20:00) with free charge is a plus for guest.

We booked an apartment for 3 but the bedroom was extremely small and was under average condition. Because the room was on the top floor, we were basically stayed at an attic space. The light in the bedroom was 2 small LED light right above my head. Terrible.The third person had to sleep on the couch because when we tried to pull out the couch, it could not make a bed with it. The pull out was some kind of foam with something. So we just slept on the sofa for 4 nights. There was no phone in the room so we had to go down 3 stories and around the corner of the building in snow for service. The snow were not swept and cleaned on the stairs on the top floor where we were. We had an older friend with us, she was very afraid of taking those stairs.Apartment was not fully ready when we arrived. had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. sheets and blankets were not ready for the 3rd person. Front desk said those should be ready on the sofa but obviously they were not. It's been a very good experience in there. I have been the 2-bedrooms-type apartment, felt like at home. I would suggest: a larger hot water tank for shower.

Great location and friendly staff. The apartment we stayed in was not like any of the images shown on the Expedia website. It was a bit run down, with chipped walls, broken blinds and nicks here and there. Generally a lower standard than I was expecting, after booking a great 4-starred apartment in Oslo via Expedia as well. It was, however, still comfortable and the heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom were a nice touch.

The place was spacious and well equipped with basic amenities. The kitchen was huge. Easy for us to prepare our meals, complete with its utensils. Toilet was spacious with good water pressure and water heater.

Walking distance to downtown, bus routes, restaurants, everything. Kitchen was simple but adequate for preparing breakfasts and lunches. Easy to get there from the airport with a single city bus. Wish we had been told about the free waffles 6-8pm each evening, which we only learned about at check-out. Excellent time of year to visit Tromso!

The apartment we stayed in was nothing like the photos. I noticed a couple of other 'Enter Tromso Apartments' in Tromso so I think there is more than one location. We stayed in the apartments next to Viking Hotel. So I think you pay one price but pot luck for what you're provided with. The apartment was basic . Luckily for us we were only using it as a base and had lots of things planned so had little time to do anything except grab a bite to eat in between activities and sleep. I would recommend only if you're not looking for anything special and just want a place to sleep and cook basic meals - although it feels overpriced to me. Good things: Reception was 24/7 and very helpful Location Beds were comfy Heated floor in the bathroom and kitchen which was lovely WiFi Bad things - nothing was awful but it was disappointing as it did not match any of the photos so I was surprised on walking in. Kitchen very small with an old cooker and only one socket for the kettle, microwave and coffee machine so you could only use one at a time. Living room very small - nowhere to eat except sitting on the sofas Bathroom fine but basic - there was an empty toilet roll left on the holder which it something you expect would be picked up when being prepared for guests and the bin lid was broken. Bathroom also had soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower but these were both empty Bedrooms again very small and just big enough for a double bed against a wall and one bedside table. Only one bedroom had a wardrobe. Blinds were broken and wouldn't shut properly and had a few missing panels. Noise from road quite obvious and also ceiling must be thin as we were kept awake by hearing occupants above us The 'housekeeping service' consisted of being provided with clean towels on our last day

The apartments is 10 minutes from the city centre by foot, supermarket few block away. We arrived and checked in relatively quick, reception staff were really friendly and helpful, there are free tea, coffee and D I Y waffles in the evening between 6-8pm, it was very nice. The room was warm and clean, the kitchen had the basic equipment, basic toiletries bath towel was provided.

Excellent property only five minutes walk from the centre. Staff friendly and very helpful. Second floor three bedroom apartment with views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend Hopefully will go back sometime

False advertisingThe property did not look like in the pictures on the expedia website whatsoever. The flat was in the basement and much smaller than expected. The entrance was icy and slippery. There was no shower gell or shampoo. We had to make a trip to the reception (outside and the other side of the building) to ask for a loo roll. We feel like paying for 4 stars and getting 2 stars instead...

Clean, new, warm and large. One thing I should mention in case someone want, is that the property didn't have a bathtub. However everything was over expectation and we didn't have to care about that.

We had a great time in Tromso. The apartment was fairly central, or at least within easy walking distance of the town centre, reasonably well equipped and warm. It served our needs and the staff were extremely helpful. The apartment itself was however nothing like the picture in your brochure and although there are likely to be many simliar apartments, we did feel that the picture which helped us chose this accomodation to be misleading being in a basement with little natural light. On that basis we may look at other options when chosing to revisit. Wifi only allowed one device to be connected at any one time.

Apartment was in spacious and comfortable however certain things could’ve been improved. We had an apartment with 2 rooms for 4 people and only got 2 small towels. The toilet sink was blocked the whole stay and on the last day NO hot water was available. Reported the issues and got an apology however seen the price, we feel a comercial gesture should have been given.

Convenient location walkable distance to the town centre. The Apartment is comfortable and clean but in need of a bit of maintenance. There were many lights that needed replacement bulbs, making the apartment a bit dark in areas. the kitchen needs a refresh.
