This hotel was a definite step up from the Quality Inn. It was clean and quiet and in a great are to go to town.

I was not able to make my reservation due to an unforeseen bout with COVID. I had purchased trip insurance and attempted to cancel in the website but it cancelled my trip insurance instead! I tried to contact Hotels.com and the hotel directly to no avail. Each giving me excuses and each telling me to contact the other.

Asked for early check in and was told “no problem “ for 1pm. Upon arrival was told room was not ready and it would be 330 time for check in.

What I didn’t like is the only reason we were staying there was we could be near our daughter and niece who flown in from different states. We paid over a lot for one night. I called and they said they would put us next to our daughter and we were a long way aways.

It is Highly overpriced. $4.65 for a root beer.
I will bring my own next time.

We stayed in a suite. The master bed was typical for a hotel however my daughter had to sleep in a pull out that was much smaller than appeared on the website. We had to put the mattress from the other pull out on top of herds to be able to sleep and even than she could still feel the coils. The Wifi was very bad and spotty. There was a leather couch in the lobby that was ripped all over, not what I would have expected given the prices of the rooms.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property exceeded our expectations! The staff was amazing, the lobby/lounge was tasteful and modern. We used the pool/hottub daily, fun, clean and heated. The laundry facilities was clean and the machines worked perfectly. Our room was well appointed and clean! We will be back, absolutely!

Spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. The lobby is beautiful and well equipped. Very close to all amenities in Walla Walla. This is why I enjoy Mariotts.

Very clean and new but the hostess was coughing up a storm and coming from someone who just recovered from Covid and a baby who had Covid it would be bette rid she wore a mask with that cough! Also the fact the breakfast isn’t included is ridiculous. Either offer room service or a free breakfast because no one wants to put on their PJ’s and hoof it downstairs to pay $30 for breakfast. Other than that it was wonderful. Nice staff, clean, and the outdoor hot tub was great in the winter!

We had a wonderful one night stay. The hotel was clean and felt safe and comfortable. We enjoyed our time using the pool and hot tub. The pool hadn't been cleaned from the night before, but i guess we can count that as a blessing as our lostgoggles were still on the floor of the shower, so easy for us to find. An option for a more reasonably priced breakfast would have been nice. I spent $7 for a bowl of honey nut Cheerios. Other than that it was a nice overnight stay.

Absolutely outstanding property, service and staff! Only negative is coffee selection in room was horrible. Probably the worst we've had anywhere! Thankful for Starbucks downstairs.

I expected more from the most expensive place in town. It really is no better than a much cheaper hotel. Everything costs extra - wifi (the free is useless), coffee and tea, and breakfast. The mini fridge is too small to be functional for anything but a can of soda. In room amenities are barely the minimum. Staff werent very informative or welcoming. Overall really disappointed. It looks nice, but thats about it.

There was fresh blood on the sheets of one bed. There was dirt on the floor and punctured my foot on a small nail/pin so carpet must not have been vacuumed. Went to have a light dinner at the bistro and they were out of everything we tried to order.

It was fine with the exception that when I checked in the front desk lady was good but her perfume was assaulting and i immediately wanted to leave.
The room was fine but the coffee machine was broke. When I checked out another lady at the front desk was also fine but her perfume was also so strong it made me nauseous.

Check in staff not very helpful felt like she doesn't like her job. After I got room was informed no airport shuttle which was main reason I chose this hotel. Nor was I advised where to ho gor my room.
