All good but no possibilty to iron my shirts

Great hotel! Nice big rooms with a work station. Lovely bathrooms. Nice gym - and great location where it is quiet, but really near to Susukino which was a very cool place for drinking and having great food! The only was the breakfast was not that good. It was more specialized for asian visitors. Which is good - i just needed some more selection of fish. But great staff and great service!

Near Nakajimakoen station..lawson store just beside the hotel. Front desk staff very helpfull..excellent services.

Great location and spacious room

Compared to other hotels in Japan, the space is spacious for the price and the front desk staff are friendly. It was a bit inconvenient because there was no subway station nearby, but if the weather was good, it was within walking distance to the subway station.

Room aesthetic, clean bathroom with all amenities. Laundry room is kinda mediocre.

Great visit to this hotel. The snow made moving from the train station to hotel a little difficult but taking a taxi made it easier. Highly convenient to have a lawson connected to the lobby to buy food without having to go out.

Great service by staff but unfortunately we were placed in two smoking rooms for our entire stay

Unfortunately we received two smoking rooms upon check in. While the staff seemed to do everything they could to change us to non-smoking rooms, lack of availability prevented this. Unfortunately the smoke smell was very strong in both the corridors and both rooms throughout our stay.

There was mould in the bathroom, other than that it was a nice hotel.

Very good value and easy to access location close to the Nakajimakoen subway stop so easy to get to from airport or anywhere from Sapporo station. Clean. Spacious. Breakfast was very good quality. Kind staff and easy checkout. Lawsons is also attached to hotel by connecting door so easy to get anything you might need.

Spacious room and reasonably priced. It’s 10 mins walk to city Centre and subway station is in front of the hotel so it’s easy access. Def stay there again

I would like to feedback on the laundry machines. The washing machines and dryer seems to be under power as we have to wash and dry for several times before the clothings are clean n dry. Especially the dryer, it doesnt DRY the clothes with just 1 time. We have to separate into 2 loads (2 dryers ) and dry for 3 times before all the clothes are fully dry.

We arrived early at the hotel. They registered us and accepted our luggage for safe keeping then we left to explore Sapporo. When we returned in the late afternoon, we were surprised to be informed that they brought our luggage to our room. What great customer service. None of the other hotels we stayed in during our three week long visit, offered such a service. And, this is a busy hotel. The lobby was always a hum of activities and overseas visitors for the bulk of their clientele, judging from the languages spoken. Reception was extremely helpful in locating restaurant for our dinner and even walked us out on to the main road and brought us to the eatery. The room we booked was large and even had a seating area, with comfortable seats and foot rests. We were at the end of our driving holiday and found the hotel the perfect place to rest our tried feet and to sort out our suitcases before our flight home. The beautiful Nakajima Park is just down the road from the hotel. Our room commanded a beautiful sight of the autumn colors that dominated the park.We walked there each morning and saw lots of locals and tourists all busy taking photos of the amazing brilliant colors. We took the airport bus to Chitose airport in the morning for only Y1,100 each. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the hotel.

Very nice hotel! Conveniently located and easy to find. Lawsons could be accessed thru the lobby. The room was fairly large and there was a spacious well maintained fitness center fitness. The staff was friendly In particular Mr. Kichise Takuro was very helpful with getting our luggage transferred. Thank you everyone at Ibis Styles Sapporo! We would definitely stay here again when we re-visit Sapporo!!

The room is spacious and the air con is cool enough for the hot summer. However the additional bed’s mattress is so poor. You can feel the spring coming out. Though the hotel change it immediately after complain, they should not provide it on the first day because the defect is so obvious.

Really really limited onsite parking, if you have no parking spot, they will give you a map on possible parking spots. Location is convenient and central, hence the limited parking. Front desk staff had a bit of attitude when we first checked in. The hotel has a bit of wear and tear.
