Unfortunately the room we were in the TV did not work. The Air-conditioning did not really cool the room down. The beds are soft so anyone with a back condition like myself makes it hard to get a good sleep

The location is great, easy access to all that you need. The property itself was on but the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Overall it is an average property, no frills.

Aiden, the front desk representative, was VERY helpful and accommodating. All of our requests were fulfilled and the entire room staff friendly and courteous. Clean and set up for multiple night stays.

Love this place because it’s halfway between my in-laws and home and they allow pets (for a small fee), so we can bring our cat when we visit my wife’s mom. The kitchenette would be handy, but there’s no pots, plates, or cutlery - I really wish they would stock the rooms up so we could make food when we arrive late.

The check-in was great, staff was very accommodating, and one woman cleaning rooms was friendly and helpful. I couldn't get the QR code to work to order breakfast and explained this to a young lady when I was ready to check out. I asked if I could get the items on my way out. She said I couldn't and would have to pay. The breakfast came with the room. She didn't offer to resolve the issue which was disappointing. I'm glad this interaction happened at the end of the stay because it would have changed my rating drastically and whether I'd stay in this facility again. I didn't let her rain on my parade though. One negative Nellie out of 5 wasn't worth it.

Enjoyed having a full size refrigerator with ice maker. 2 burner stove top if need. It was clean and smelled fresh.

There was no change of bedsheets and no cleaning of the room in my 3 nights at the property.I had to go dispose garbage by myself.
I was told their cleaning staff only come around every four days.
Other than that, I believe the property is great for family lodging but they need to work on having their room service staff lay the beds properly and ensure beddings and towel changes everyday.

Modern property on the outskirts of Bismarck. Close to the Interstate but limited range of eating opportunities nearby. Hotel clean and comfortable.

It was fine. It was fairly clean, just a little dated and there was a strong odor. We accidentally triggered the smoke detector while cooking and they were able to assist promptly. Beds were comfortable.

Kitchen cabinets are bare. You must bring your own stuff for cooking and eating.

We arrived way after midnight. The person working was very nice and polite and understood how tired we were. The bed was super comfortable. There is a kitchenette and a full-sized refrigerator-nice.

Don’t stay here. Its atrocious. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here. Management is terrible. I never write reviews unless I am that choked but I travel a lot and have never had a worse experience than this place. You’ve been warned.

The front desk staff wasn’t so friendly. Didn’t really accommodate any requests I had. The kitchen cabinet had trash from the previous guest as well. The sheets didn’t feel new. It was damp as if it was not changed from the previous guest. Wasn’t impressed.

The bathroom floor was dirty and one of the main lights was out. Check in was pleasant as the evening employee was very nice and welcoming, but check out was poor as the morning employee was rude.

Needs updating, the window was cracked and lots of noise come through. We had to remake bed properly. Staff was extremely friendly.

Clean and comfortable place. We had a late night arrival time and the front desk was available and gave us all necessary information and was very welcoming! I would definitely stay here again👍

The room was super clean. The hallways were not vacuumed and were very dirty. Of course this was a year ago but I specifically remember the carpet in the hallways were in a huge need of vacuuming.

The hotel served our needs for the most part as all we needed was a place to sleep and nothing really for accommodation. The bad part of the experience our room had a recliner where the upholstery was falling apart, leaving small bits on the back of my clothes and head. We had to put one of bathrooms over the top to keep it from getting on us. Left black specs and residue on the towel when removed. Pillows were very firm too and didn’t leave us with the most restful sleep. At the very least the staff were very friendly. We reported the issue and the front desk would have put us in a different room but there were none available.
