Everything about it was Awesome

Great set up and awesome for holiday makers and people who travel. Close to beach and beach walks. Great amenities for kids. Not rowdy. Great staff. We loved our stay.

Excellent location. Great facilities for the kids. Cabin was cleaned to a basic degree. Ants in kitchen and beds. A number of foreign items were located from previous guests in the bunk room.

Great facilities and amenities, pool was refreshing after a warm day out, water park was popular too. Was handy being so close to the gate for the beach as we enjoyed walking along the beach and a swim. Clean laundry facilities. One of our favourite parks to stay at.

We don’t feel safe for our kids at the park anymore The last two times we have stayed at the park we have have found confrontations The last time we stayed we had a homeless person accuse us of stealing his food and became very aggressive in front of our kids which scared the lights of them This time we had a man abuse our kids as he thought our kids were bullying his The vulgar language he used and the threats he made to my friends were disgusting and all the kids that were there in our group didn’t feel safe again It’s a great park but it’s suppose to be safe for kids We will be very unsure if we stay again

We love staying at West Beach. It’s the best place to bring the family.

Stated that it was for 6 ppl…but even for 4 it was pretty tiny and squished. Knives could be sharpened!!

Well wasnt the most expensive cabin, but they need to be gone falling apart and not the most clean. Very very out dated but suited our 10 hour stay but wouldnt reccomend them.

Lounges in cabin well past their use by date. Couldnt get hot water in shower.

Nice and tidy. Quiet and good service

I booked a cabin which had one double bed & two sets of bunks. The double bed was old and uncomfortable and the bunks mattress's were as thin as a yoga mat. We were near a demolition site of an amenities block which started at 7am and proceeded through out the day. Whilst in the cabin during the day it actually shook from the heavy equipment being used. Cabin was also in old condition with a tv the size of an ipad which was so dark you could hardly see it. (this was swapped out on my second to last day) Laundry facilities require urgent attention with only three washing machines working out of about six and same with the dryers, only two of those working. This is not a cheap caravan park by any stretch, so for $1000 for a week I would expect a lot better.

Cabin had ants, including in the bed. Bathroom had a weird smell.

The beach was lovely, but cabin shocking. Won't stay again unless cabins knocked down, they are that bad and very old . They are not maintained properly and are not very clean. Spoilt our visit.we also had an ant problem, to be fair they did send maintenance out to try n help. But it didn't work so we went to Bunnings n bought our own ant gel. Problem much better.

pool & splash park are great for kids but cabins are way overpriced

Run down, dirty cabin. Paid for deluxe, was not what i would expect of deluxe. Basic facilitues, splash zone ok but some of it not working. Pool closed after 1 day - probably should not have been open due to covid but instead got all weekend guests to park and closed it on Friday night. Games room just TV screens.

It was not the property it is Expedia. I made a booking and I was given the wrong room, tried to call expedia and they did not return my call as I needed to cancel. Very disappointed

Amazing place to stay, stayed in a 3 bedroom beach house that was exceptional
