It was closed to the place I needed to go. Staff is courteous and I’m glad they have breakfast. Very quite around the property.

Stay was great. Supposedly the whole hotel was smoke free but there was marijuana smells comeimg from everywhere. When i asked the front desk girl if the whole hotel was smoke free, she said yes. But when i mentioned the smoke, she laughed. Also, i had 2 rooms and housekeeping only cleaned 1 room the whole trip

Booked 2 queen beds but upon checking in it’s not available due to a broken pipe/sink? loud neighbor blasting MUSIC at 2am called again the front desk at around 430am as the guest in the other room stayed in the hallway doors can hear banging the doors and other guest keeps coming in and out (party) and you can smell the smoke from cigarette/weeds :( It wasnt a good night rest. I’m not sure about the noise policy hours of this hotel But definitely I will not be coming back.

Comfortable and clean hotel and room. Parking was well lit and felt secure.

All the staff at check in were incredibly sweet & helpful! The staff that was in charge of cleaning as well were attentive and kind. I wish I could’ve gotten their specific names but overall, we loved our stay.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. People around us were very noisy both nights.Different people. Quite a few non hotel guests at pool. The gate is so easy to open anyone can get in.

Close to Loma Linda Hospital where I had to have surgery the following morning. Very clean property and super friendly staff.

We came in for a funeral and expected a great clean hotel. We stayed at this property before a year or two ago and it was clean. We arrived to find a window off its track and I informed the front desk twice with no repairs done. We informed them the day we checked in and few days later with no follow up or information on what would be done. The sofa cushions needed to be replaced as they had holes in them. The floor was not vacuumed both upon entry and the one time we had room service. There was a yellow stain on the floor, which I assumed was from orange juice. We didn’t even walk on the floor with our bare feet due to it feeling so dirty. The breakfast was decent for hotels but they ran out of supplies and do not offer much variety. It is surprising how quickly the hotel has declined in a short time.
