I was disappointed by my stay. My reserved room choice wasn't available so I was reassigned to an ADA room. Because this was an ADA room, it had lower countertops and sinks, bars in the shower, etc - somewhat inconvenient. This room felt old - with stained furniture, dirty carpet, and an uncomfortable bed. Also, service was lacking. I asked for cleaning service on my 2nd day but room attendant never cleaned the room. I called the front desk but housekeeping had already left for the day. I requested to get replacement towels. With only one front desk attendant, she couldn't leave to bring the towels so I had to fetch the towels from the front desk.

The entire staff was happy to be there. From front desk, housekeeping, and servers they all were pleasant and smiles.

They were rude and would not rent to me after your company used my credit card they would not let me use for my deposit

Staff were very friendly , helpful and polite especially Mirella Molina ( front office supervisor). Whenever asked for help , she’s always great with advice.

There are very few options in Riverside - this was the best option due to amenities and safety.

The staff were awesome. The walls seemed super thin and we heard everything our neighbors said including the 9 year old next to us who was cussing on top of his lungs while playing COD. We complained twice and they spoke to his parents. The 1st night was terrible because of it but our 2nd night stay was way better and we were actually able to get some sleep. The staff tried everything they could to accommodate us and even offered to change our rooms but thought it would be too much of a hassle. Overall, we would stay here again, the noise and the kid wasn’t the hotels fault but they tried all they could do.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room temperature was amazing. The kitchen and dining area was great too. EVERY thing was clean/immaculate. It truly felt like home away from home. The next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely try and book my stay at Homewood Suites in San Bernardino, Ca. I recommend it.

The staff went out of their way to help up with an early check-in. We also had our dog with us and they were very pet-friendly. Nice hotel and for the price, a great hotel!
