Good, clean basic hotel. Coffee and tea provided too.

The room is old and tired and was very basic. The towels are small, thin and scratchy. The noise from the hotel next door on one night was loud and lasted until midnight. The water hammer noise started at 5 am and made it impossible to get anymore sleep. Will never stay there again!

The room was terrible. The bathroom flooded when you showered and did not drain, the caulking was mouldy. The carpet had stains. I was charged by my credit card and when I put another card down for anything extra rather than do that, they charged both cards for the room until I pointed it out

The room was ok for price except television did not work and had no remote. Asked front desk but they could not locate a remote. I also booked a room for travelling companion who had no remote but his tv turned on at the tv. I would not stay at this hotel if you are expecting to have a tv to watch.

The beds were broken an horrible to sleep on also the shower floods floor an you can’t even put the bath mat down because the floor floods

The bathroom was so bad we could not use the shower. Absolutely trrrible that IBIS have put their name on this hotel. The window was broken the curtains hanging off the wall. The self in the bathroom falling off the wall and the shower had a hole in the wall

Close to the shops and easy access

It was okay. Only needed a place to stay for the night and was 89 so can’t complain. The place was under renovation and repainted so, some areas were not accessible but, wasn’t an issue for us.
No lifts in building if you’re on top floors so, if you can’t climb stairs, not for you.
Old style Budget Ibis. Free wifi was great.

It is a good place to stay for 1 night ...the room is okay but would be better if there is a cupboard to store stuff and a table to put things on ...but as there is not much room this may not be possible ...
Shopping centres and restaurents are close by . Not a bad place for one night ..

Oh my. We will forever call this the hepatitis hotel, though in reality, our room was more like a prison cell. Brown stains on the bath towels, black mould everywhere, holes in the walls and sinister stains all over the carpet. The smoke alarm was covered in dried wet paper towels. We didn’t care that it was outdated, we expected that for the price… but the cleanliness was APPALLING. Staff were lovely, but you’d have to pay me to stay here again.

Absolutely filthy bathroom full of mould - floor flooded whilst having a shower, party in room across hall went until 4am - bed as hard as a rock- will never stay at another Ibis or go back to Coffs Harbour Accor should be disgusted to have their brand associated with this hotel & I have photos / totally appalling! For the price!

I booked this as it was a great price but ended up not staying as there were cockroaches in our room. The staff member however was extremely helpful, kind and understanding.

First time in Coffs Harbour staying overnite, which it very close main road to Pacific Highway. My wife and I have only rested your accommodation and left there early next morning to headed to Gold Coast. Thank you for your hospitality and stay.

Check in was easy, room is clean with comfy beds for the whole family. The only fault I have is the bathroom. Mouldy silicone and the entire shower head was full of calcium build up. Other than this issue I can’t fault them and I will likely stay again.

Located within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The bed was comfortable but I’m glad we were travelling with our own pillows as those supplied were quite thin & unsupportive. The large, accessible, shower room was a pleasant surprise.
