Shower leaked and bathroom was wet when we arrived.

The staff made the check-in experience simple and quick. Our arrival on a rainy evening was made easier with undercover parking close to our room. Our room was neat, clean, and well kept. On one night of our stay, we were able to watch fireworks at the local show from our room door.
Located in town close to shops and restaurants.
A chair would be useful since the only seating available was bar stools at the kitchen bench.

I would like to thank you for letting my wife check in early while i was attending a funeral in Wondai.
It meant a lot to me that she could work and tag along with me on the trip. I will be back to stay.
There was literally nothing that I can complain about.

the room is not large but it is extremely well thought out with everything you need.
The bed was excellent, the kitchen well equiped and the decor tastefully done. We
were very impressed with this (new) style of accommodation.

We had a handicap room due to availability which we were not aware, however was ok except no bedside lamps

modern well equipped motel room, everything very new and clean, by far the best motel I’ve ever stayed in in Australia.
also great there were no chairs outside the rooms, so didn’t have to suffer people smoking outside with the smoke drifting in or chatting as often seems to happen.

It's a convenient location where we visit family members.
The weather was so hot 🔥 we were glad for an air-conditioned room.

Absolutely everything. Staff were best ever encountered anywhere. Couldn't do enough to help us out with visiting grandchildren. Advised us of local sites to visit. We stayed 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic. THE PLACE TO STAY!

The room is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything is spotless including the gardens. Meals served to room were exceptional especially the potato chips.
I find the deodoriser used in the rooms a bit too strong.

rooms are modern, lighting is excellent & the location is a short walk to everything you need. Air-conditioning is brilliant and the general set up of the accommodation is fantastic. There’s a lovely set up for a smoking area away from all of the rooms also.
we arrived later than 7.30pm so we were unable to order breakfast for the next morning, it was our wedding night so would have loved to be able to order a room service kind of set up during set times but for a small country town, the options for times to order were limited.
