Heating can be improved No lift so it is difficult to carry heavy items on stairs

Excellent location. Close to Woolworths, dining and ski hire, and the bus to get up to the mountain. We did not even drive anywhere while in Jindabyne. The property was not cleaned that well and the rubbish from the previous people was not taken away. However, the owner was very nice, which made up for it. We will definitely be staying there again.

The location was very accessible to shops, cafes and restaurants and to the lake. The service was friendly. It was quiet and a good size room for family in particular. The fridge was a little noisy and the freezer section didn't freeze ifthat's required. It was reasonably priced. The shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the shopping area of the town with woolworth, skiii rental, shops, eateries. The Messa bar is next door, which can be quite noisy at times to 1 am, but may be quite convenient for others who can hang around there I guess. I enjoyed the sauna which is close to a mini gym. We used it a few times and it was empty, so we can be alone with my wife. The tap water is drinkable and I could make it very warm to take a hot shower. The room was clear, nice and warm with two heaters available which did the job done. The kitchen was pretty basic with single electric fry pan, but was sufficient for our needs. There is a bit of wear and tear. with just little things, like a loose railing on the staircase. Overall, we liked our room. The staff is nice and friendly and still works in the covid mode: they don't clean the room, just empty trash and replace towels.

A pretty basic place to stay. We expected more cooking facilities, which made cooking meals for a family hard (one microwave and an electric frypan). But it was quiet and easy to book.

Clean and excellent service.

The property was well situated in Jindabyne, close to everything. The room was large, had a kitchenette and a balcony. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner helped bring our luggage up and down the many stairs and was an admirable host. Only difficulty for older travelers is the absence of a lift.

The room was nice, looks clean. But the pillow was all yellow under the pillowcase. The main issue we had was they only have a ceiling fan and a small fan next to the bed. It was so hot to sleep I only got 2 hrs of sleep that night before my job, which was very unpleasant. I booked for 2 days but I checked out as soon as I finish my job as I cannot stand another night without air con. It was so hard to breath inside the room without the NO flyscreen door is open. Which was not ideal. They did say they will instore aircon by the end of the year. I think if it was winter, this place is cool.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, the room was filthy, the sheets and pillows were used unwashed with black hair all over them, we had to go buy sheets and pillow covers just so we felt safe to sleep, the bathroom was full of mould to the point we had to by bleach and scrub it, black mould aswell, the noise from the room next door kept us awake all night , lound dance music and people coming and going till 3am , not to mention the pub downstairs playing dance music so lout it vibrates the walls.. this would be the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel..

We stayed at the Traditional Loft, it's a bit dated, but still comfortable. The room has everything we needed, good water pressure, heating was good. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, mini fridge, electric fry pan. The room has plenty of space and storage. The only issue I had is the room is not very sound proof. We had another family stayed next door with little kids. We can hear them talking, jumping on bed, crying, laughing and coughing fairly clearly.

Great location, friendly service, but for the price you are paying for a serviced apartment there is room for a bit of attention to detail. The first day we came back from the mountain and the room was not serviced and we had to call for towels which promptly arrived but they did not take the old towels. Second day the main bed only was made up and there were fresh towels, but no simple re-stocking off coffee or tea (just the simple things)
