Great views and nice aspect but no air conditioning would make it a hot unit in summer.

Best location you can ask . 2 minutes walking to Snappers rock . Tina, the manager was great, very attentive and helpful. The con about our stay was that the apartment didn’t have windows screens or screen doors. We rented the apartment on the first floor and once we opened the windows we got a mosquito issue in the unit. We were told that we could sleep with our windows open and screens was not necessary but unfortunately that was not the case . We had to sleep with all the windows closed and that was a bummer . The weather was not super hot outside otherwise it would have been miserable. Tina, the manager gave us some citronella , bug sprays and fans , that was helpuful.

Great place. Amazing views and Tina was lovely to deal with. The apartment we stayed in offered everything we wanted, especially amazing sea views, although slightly dated. Was a lovely relaxing stay.

I have stayed at Carool before - it is in a beautiful location and has benefited from love and care in recent years. Not the most modern of buildings but very well fitted out and Tina is a super friendly manager. I worked remotely all week and WiFi was reliable and quick

Ideal for a good relaxing rest.

The views were stunning. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. Apartment was spacious. Housecleaning needs to improve. Grimy artificial plants and wooden window louvres. Grubby covers on lounge room sofa's. Apart from that, a pleasant stay.

I travel a lot and don’t normally review . I’ve never been so disappointed in a stay than this . Sure it didn’t specify air conditioning but it was so hot , a room ceiling fan didn’t work so a portable one was left for us . It did get fixed but this was my daughters xmas trip and she had to sleep on the lounge the first night as she was uncomfortable. Even third world countries have A/C . There was a discussion of construction noise but manager told me it was barely audible now …. 7 am on Saturday morning the workers were cutting with machines tiles and it didn’t stop , you couldn’t escape it . It had a lovely view . Overall just very disappointing where for $200 extra for 5 days we could have stayed at sea world resort as an example which has AC and plenty more . I wouldn’t stay here again

The stay was good although very disappointing this day and age to not have air conditioning in our accommodation and some of the surrounding businesses considering where it is you would think there would be air conditioning Especially being out at the beach to cool down then to come home to a hot apartment was awful anyways overall we won’t be back there due to this unfortunately.

The unique thing about this wonderful property is that there is plenty to see and do. Whether it is taking a short stroll to the beautiful Snapper Rocks or enjoying the Sunset at the Surf Club. You will find the amenities in tip top condition, and the best thing is, it’s a great place to have fun.. whichever yours is.

Absolutely loved our stay here we booked for my grandmothers 80th birthday and she loved it the apartment was very clean and tidy and the view was amazing, our room got upgraded wgich was so lovely of the managers who were so friendly and welcoming we will definetly be returning for future truos

Managers were helpful and friendly. It was a bit of a shame there was so much construction in the area, but this was in no way any fault of the Carool Apartments. While its not air conditioned the breeze keeps the place cool enough - Great Place to stay

Amazing, didnt want to leave. It felt like home the minute we arrived, Tina at reception was very helpful and polite. Cant wait to go back as this is my new holiday number #1

Fantastic views even though they have been built out to a large degree by the new building next door. Comfy bed, quality fixtures, very roomy and comfortable lounge suite.. 15 min walk to Cooly shopping strip and very hilly on the way back. No A/C which surprised us but ceiling fans were adequate.

We were exceptionally impressed with this accommodation, it was great value for money in a great location. Property managers were accommodating and welcoming throughout our stay.

The location of the apartment is very handy to all amenities with views from the deck both extensive and stunning. Overall maintenance standards were high , however as the facility is a self managed unit it would assist to have more cleaning products and cleaning functionality made available.

The location was Quiet. Apartment was dated and in need of upgrade , was furnished with second hand by the looks ,nothing matched, taps leaked, shower door didn't slide, and equip rusted or worn out. Car park and security were good. Ocean views good. Would not stay there again.
