We truly enjoyed out stay. Plenty of parking. Great service at the front desk rooms clean and easy to get too

I have no complaint. I feel like the rooms were clean. Staff were quick and knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Easy check in and check out. Parking was only $10 a day. 6 min drive to LegoLand and Costco and burger joint. Family enjoyed our stay

If I had to describe this hotel in one word it would be Easy. Easy check in. Quick drive from Legoland. Easy parking. Great variety of breakfast. The beds were cozy. Great quiet location.
I did not like that there was not a bath option as I had a 4-year old with me. And I did not like that the channels for the tv had less than 20 options.
But overall a great stay.

Hallways had food bags for two days, rugs dirty and shower surrounds were rusted. Room ac didn’t reach the bathroom.

As always, very good. Very close to LEGO. The hotel breakfast is simple.

nice rooms, quiet surrounding area, pretty secluded. Great breakfast options. close to our main destination, Legoland. Unfortunately, we had an issue with backed up sink and room wasn't cleaned. Staff was great but there wasn't enough time to let them know about room.

Kareem is a great person and employee at the hotel. He made our stay better. The breakfast is good. The parking is better than most hotels. Their swimming pool could use an update and their exercise room as well.

Hallways and floors dirty. Found a box of eaten popcorn in the drawer. Trash and towels, reqested from front desk. Mr. WIlliam at 830pm. He stated housekeeping did not clean for a 2 day stay. I didnt need cleaning. I needed trash and towels when traveling with kids.

It’s summer time, there was a note above the thermostat that says currently not working, stains on the couch, blind wouldn’t slide, carpet was buckled, bathroom fan didnt work and smelled marajuana all night that seeped within the ventilation, room and hallway. Informed front desk but nothing was addressed. I will never stay at this location again.

The staff was very friendly. When we checked in our first room had a slight leak above the window from outside and they switched our room. The first room had a nicer bathroom and wish we would have stayed in that room. The second room the bathtub drain was not hooked up properly and didn't drain while taking a shower. They did fix that issue quickly but we had already finished showering. they were very friendly and polite. But there were those little issues that kept me from giving 5 stars

This was the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel, the lady gives me the key to the room and when i open the door there are already people in the room, as i take a step inside the man jumps at me so i had to jump back outside of the room and i had to push my wifeband daughter back outside so that they wouldn't get hurt, it was a nightmare.

Hotel was nice, clean & quiet
Enjoyed that it was close drive to downtown area but also was able to have some peace & quiet! Will stay again if we ever come back!

Our room was not ready we had to wait 40min even though we check in 2.5 hours after the time we were supposed to. The couch that turns into a bed had a big pee stain and a there was a suspicious object behind the mirror in the restroom that looked like a camara

It was my wife's birthday and we wanted to do a "stay-cation." The overall experience was pretty amazing. The staff were super accomodating and friendly.
