This is a decent beachfront property. Large rooms, easy check in, check out. Great location. Dated but clean rooms.

The location was decent but the washrooms were not cleaned when we checked in.

Good for a night's stay. Right across from the beach. Grimy shower so waited until we got home. Had to plug the coffee maker on the ground to reach the outlet, very annoying.

Our favourite hotel so far! Close to everything. Sound proof rooms. SUPER clean rooms with sanitized bedding!

Spanish Villa was a great 3 night stay. The room was big , bed was comfortable and pillows. Sierra at the desk was amazing and very friendly and courteous. The one complaint was the damn coffee maker lol I just could get it to work the water would not go through the filter and it spilled over every time making a mess.

The convenient location right across the street from the beach was why we chose this hotel, as well as the price point. It was reasonably soundproof and we didn't have a problem with noise. We had a ground floor one-bedroom suite with two beds in the bedroom. The beds were soft and the bedding clean. A large dresser, but small closet - bring some hangers. The living room and kitchenette had a good use of space. It was not super equipped like a condo, but had enough cups, cutlery and dishes for four, one saucepan, wine glasses and an opener. It had a small coffee pot with pouches of coffee, a toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge with freezer and a stove. The only complaint about the space itself was the bathroom. It really needs to be redone. The tub faucet and showerhead are broken down and dated. The grout on the floor is gross, and the towel bar had been ripped off the wall and put back on in an awkward space too low down. No hooks for used towels or space for any spares. Sierra (I think?) who worked in reception was friendly and helpful. It seemed like she did everything. She was always responsive and upbeat. There was no housekeeping, but you could go to the office to get more towels or coffee, and they sold bags of ice for $2. For the convenience and price point we would definitely return, in spite of the dated bathroom.

Very quiet even though it was busy and full of kids. Room was big and clean, but smelled like smokers.

Very expensive for a dingy, old property that is in severe need of renovations. Air conditioner not working and hanging off the wall. Communal ice maker not functional, limited front desk service which closes at 6pm. Suites with a kitchen that don’t have a full set of 4 plates, bowls, cutlery or cookware. Extremely run down and hasn’t seen updates since being built. The cost of the rooms and what you get is ridiculous. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online, that isn’t the room you are getting when you check in.

Asked and was told early check in at 3 was no problem.... it was a problem room wasnt ready. Once in the room there was no towels of any sort as well as no soap. Shower is low pressure.air conditioner did blow cold but was insanly loud and random.the whole building is very much showing its age and is very very understaffed Location is decent ,beach is nice

This resort is older and in need of repair. There was no housekeeping service available and we had to exchange our own towels. Very pricey for what we received.

Great location to the beach and downtown. Disliked no daily housekeeping. Otherwise the ac was amazing!!

Lakefront amazing ambience

Nothing worked….curtains,coffee pot, deadbolt,towels left on bed. stairs going up to room are very dangerous. We were over charged for this dump!!

Silverfish in the bathroom

It was very quiet, which is nice, easy access to the beach just cross the street and there it is. Couple of options of restaurants around the area and close to downtown.

The front desk was so wonderful. She was quick, kind and friendly

A decent, basic accommodation option! Clean, comfortable. Not flashy, but a great stay in Penticton :)

A/c was not working . Moved rooms but then tv didn’t work / needed cable and remote ; service guy was very helpful . Shower rod was all broken . Holes in walls / curtains off hooks .

This is the best motel in Penticton! The rooms are spotless, the staff are super friendly & helpful. The best thing is the rooms have soundproofing so your sleep is not interrupted!
