Beautiful but no food options. Need to walk 10 min into town for breakfast. Fit the light blocking door shades better to keep light out of room.

The front desk staff were very helpful in providing transportation information. I appreciated very much for the help provided by a smart young staff , who helped me change the German language to English in the GPS of a rental car ( BMW).

We really enjoyed staying at Beachside. The hotel is being renovated but everything we needed was provided. The pool is beautiful; the room is spacious; the service was A . Although the lobby was not yet finished, we loved the outside substitution. We checked in and were welcomed to serve ourself cold water bottles, coffee, snacks, juice, etc. The walking distance to town or beach was a breeze. Will try to return in late september!

Make sure to use dead bolt and chain on the door at night. I woke up at 5 am one morning to find our hotel room door wide open. The second night I happen to be up very late working and someone tried to enter the room again - thankfully I had used the deadbolt and chain. It must be someone with key card access because the doors lock automatically from the outside when shut. Otherwise the hotel was fine. The women at the front desk and lobby were great and very friendly.

Perfect 3 day vacation. Excellent location, walking distance to town and Jetties Beach. Cute, quaint and just what we expected. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay! Very close to downtown. We biked everywhere. Can’t wait to be back next year.

Nice place to stay. Only issue was breakfast grab and go was empty at 10:40 am 20 minutes before their advertised time. Otherwise good experience.

Clean rooms and good location

Hello, I'd like to let you know that we have stayed with you in the past, Daffodil Weekend, 2022, and while we don't expect 5 Star Service or accommodations and your prices are less than most hotels for these high volume weekends, we rebooked for Stroll 2022. We felt the rooms were tolerable but did not have high expectations as it is a motel and you simply offer a very basic room with two beds and a shower. While we know Nantucket is extremely expensive, we DO expect CLEAN rooms and sanitary conditions. That said, we checked in on Friday and the shower and bathroom were not clean, at all. The first three pictures attached show random hairs left on the shower walls by the previous guest or housekeeper. Completely unacceptable. It was late and we needed to sleep so we 'sucked' it up and called the front desk Saturday morning to let them know things were not, at all, satisfactory in any sense of the word and they insisted that the housekeeping staff would take extra care of our room. The front desk clerk reassured me that the room would be fully serviced that day for our return on Saturday evening as we were out all day. They did also ask for our room number which I provided twice during the phone call. I have attached pictures illustrating the filth that still remained when we arrived back on Saturday evening. The only indication that the room had been serviced on Saturday was that the sheets/bed linens were replaced. In addition to the disgustingly dirty bathro

Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, but one at the front desk was reluctant about service and a bit corrective. I asked for face towels, and he rolled his eyes and seemed unhappy to get them, commenting that, "We call them wash cloths.". Not at all sure what that was about.. who's "we"?

We paid $900/night for a not clean place (dirty baseboards, pretty sure they have a leak in the bathroom, saw silverfish bugs, and the bathroom tiles look marbled but it’s really just crusted on dirt)!

We have stayed here several times. We like it. There are a few things they could do to make it a little nicer. The staff is great as well as the location.

This stay was sufficient for an overnight trip. I wanted an early check in but they wouldn't accommodate. I'd be willing to pay an extra fee for early check in, just something to think about. I never saw the muffins that were offered complimentary. 15 min walk to the downtown area and beach. No complimentary beach chairs/towels. Overall, comfortable stay.

We were very happy with all aspects of our stay at The Beachside Inn. It was very clean and comfortable and so convenient-just a short walk to the beach or to the downtown area. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!

Not the same as it use to be years ago …. Only muffins gif breakfast - coffee ran out mid day - have ti request daily if you want room cleaned and the music at the pool was inappropriate for families.

We stayed with our children and had a great time. The pool was clean and water was provided poolside. The lobby offers assortment of drinks and muffins in morning. A water dispenser in lobby to stay hydrated was a nice tough too. Each staff member we interacted with were courteous,professional and always willing to help. We will definitely stay there again.

The property was very conveniently located. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and we could drop off our luggage prior to check-in.

Price does not justify quality and condition of rooms.

This was a great location for our family. Easy walk to beaches, shopping, dinner and bike rentals. Easy check in and out. Very responsive staff.

Staff is friendly

The property was nice overall and clean. The rooms could use some warmth - clean but sterile without any rug - an indoor-outdoor rug could add a lot and be practical. Front desk service was not good.

This property is perfectly located between jetties Beach and town. It is clean and the pool is great and the staff is friendly

A run-down motel, that is eye-wateringly expensive. Costs seven hundred plus dollars a night, but would not provide room service, or even towel service unless you ask. The bathroom fan is so loud you can't hear yourself think, the shampoo dispenser is falling off the wall, the metal shelf supports in the bathroom are rusty. The breakfast is a pathetic excuse. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful and friendly. Couldn't be better.
