Very conveniently located to the event we were attending.

I wouldn't have booked here if I'd known it was not senior friendly. No ramps only stairs - even stairs into the room. Place was under construction with no railing to climb up the stairs to the lobby.

The hotel site indicated air conditioning but the basement rooms have no air conditioning, surprise. We were unable to login on hotel website because the login info was not in our room. Apparently the instruction sheets were out for lamination. The stairs to our room were unsafe. I understand the hotel is under construction and some things might have been missed.

Perfect for what I needed, lots of Reno’s being done to the properties, but my room was perfect, clean, spacious, good wifi and close to a lot of amenities

I was charged $45 more for the room upon arrival. The tv had no coverage of the men’s basketball sweet 16. Not helpful staff

I was very surprised there was no coffee machine. The lights in the room are very dark. The lights outside to bright and shine in room all nite. I would only pay $60 per nite not the very high price I paid. And when booking in no one at reception even when leaving no one at reception. When I did get someone only thing he continued mentioning is no smoking no pets. Did not feel well received... Felt like I was disturbing him. I'm never going back

we had a late arrival and late departure and they were accommodating. Rooms and bed clean and comfortable.

Beds were comfortable but I looked behind bed found part of chocolate bar wrapper for juice straw lots of dust and juice spilled all over walls

Amazing all.

Room was clean. D trail comes right to back of property. Early check in was available. Restaurants/Gas/LCBO nearby. Only complaint would be being able to hear neighbors clearly through walls.

Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good experience. Staff was friendly, room was large. One item missing would be a coffee pot in the room. Everything else was provided. Entrance to the room was a little dicey! Mild weather brought melt from the roof which was dripping rightin front of the steps making it very slippery. Overall good experience and would recommend and stay again!

I like that its close to snowmobile trails.property is always under construction .no coffie maker in the room .no coffie ice or anything else us available at the hotel. The office smells bad.

No frills motel … very clean and quiet.

The room is spacious and easy to access. The only downside thing is no cafe machine and hot beverage cups in the room.
