This is a quaint hotel located in the heart of Brasov's Old Town. Everything is within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location to explore the beautiful Brasov. The guest will receive a key to open the barrier for parking in 2 minutes walking distance. Parking fee 11€ per night. The room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Above expectation: amazing location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean, with a safe. Limited amenities. No coffee or tea in the room but a little fridge. But don't worry there are plenty of litle coffee shop and convenience store next to the Hotel

The property is situated in the old town part of Brasov and is across the road from the Black Church making it excelent for a quick tourist stop while visiting the area.

2 stars out of the goodness of my heart. They don't deserve it. Also would like to add that they don't provide the breakfast in their building, they provide you with some vouchers and so you can get it in another location.

Great location to explore Brasov, the Black Church is across the road. Easy to access the main sights. Plenty of dining options. Room was ideal, staff helpful. Would stay again if returning to explore Transylvania. Recommended.

A boutique hotel. Amazing location allows for a quick nap if needed. Cozy rooms with a modern/antique flavor. Excellent breakfast even if at a nearby hotel. Not a problem for us but some might find it so. No lift and on a Main Street. If I have to choose between road noise or medieval cobblestone’s, I choose first. Very clean bathroom and friendly stuff. Public parking nearby was cheap and not a problem. You cannot go wrong with it, unless you drive a Bentley

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years. And I travel quite extensively. Very charming and cozy. The very first amazing impression was the front desk girl, Tania. She was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. I arrived too early for check in but she was very helpful in accommodating my luggage. I asked her for restaurant suggestions and each recommendation she gave me served delicious Romanian food. She represents the hotel very nicely, it was a warm welcome to my amazing stay in Brasov. Centrally located hotels tend to a problem because of the noise at night. However, the rooms at Annapolis are impressively soundproofed. I slept like a spoiled baby. Rooms in Annapolis have no AC. I was concerned about this at first but my experience with European cities, especially a city in the mountains, is that the temperatures drop rather drastically at night. Opening one window for two hours (8pm - 10pm) along with the provided fan, cooled my room enough to last through the night. The temperatures in Brasov during my visit ranged from 78° F to 84° F (around 28°C), it was quite hot in the day. Pretty cool at night. This was in mid September. My room had direct views of the Black Church and the Brasov sign on Mount Tampa. Along with a comfortable bed, every detail about this hotel was A++. From the staff, to the views, to the location, to the comfort, it’s one of the few hotels I recommend with the highest regards.

The location couldn't be better for exploring old Brasov. It's easy to walk all around to restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was very nice and had a view of the Black Church. We were in an attic room on the 3rd floor (4th floor in the US) so a lot of stairs. On the first day it was about 80F out and that attic room was very warm. When the temp went down it was fine.

This trips should have been great, as we’ve booked this place right across the street from the Black Church, in the old city part of Brasov. However, we’ve been very dissapointed by the fact that the heating was working properly in the room. When we arrived, it was really cold inside (beginnig of October, near the mountains), we were told that heating is turned on only at 21:30! Well, it was turned on (by that time the kids took a bath and were already in bed), and then turned off after a short time, and after that turned on and off for the whole night!! It’s my first experience of this kind, and not a pleasant one… The receptionist brought us an electric heater, but obviously could use it in one room in the same time. And when the central heating was turned on, it was too hot so had to turn off the electric heater… A “lovely” night as you can imagine… The breakfast was good, but you had to 100m down the street to another hotel, a proper hotel, as Annapolis is not a hotel, as it is marketed here… To wrap it up, I’m sure there are plenty of other options nearby this place…

Friendly staff, and excellent value for money.

This hotel is in a old building located on main street but it is well treated and quiet. Hotel workers are kind and attentive to visitor's need.

Hotel itself is not very nice but it is a great location. If not for the location I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed for one night. Good hotel, nice location in the city center. Was very tired after the road. Booked stay with breakfast included rate. However, at the reception staff was not professional, plus said that is our fault, claiming that we do not have any amenities and have to pay extra fees for breakfast. Thanks to Expedia Customer Care which resolved my issue.

Overall, a good experience. Clean apartment, a bit noisy at night being close by a passing between two wings of the hotel. I would book it again.

room is not like in the picture, a bit dark. Parking is about 200 m from hotel {8.5€ }. Need to get the key at the front desk. There are a free parking in front of the barrier nearby hotel parking.

Excellent location and helpful staff. We were near an alley way and by reception so a little noisy. There was a kettle and a fan but we needed air con.

The stay was great and the location across from the black church was perfect! Only downside was no air conditioning in the delux room, along with many other rooms. Luckily my 75 year old Mom was able to get an A/C room. Seemed odd to pay more for a room to get no A/C.
