The room was rather cramped for 4pax but nonetheless able to put 4 single rooms. However the bedsheet was stained and there’s also no complimentary water given to guests. The hotel staff are mainly non English speaking and it will be better if they can at least put some English speaking personnel. Having said that, the hotel is indeed located on a strategic location but take note that you need to walk 5-10mins in a quiet alley which is near to their public carpark...

Good Location and helpful staff. Has a natural onsen Rikkarikka-yu just next to it but need to pay ¥1,050 each per visit for Hotel Guests which made it different from most other Hotels and Ryokans which we visited in 43 other Prefectures so far. At least a 30-50% discount for Guests of the hotel would be better. Otherwise, would have given it a 8/10 or 9/10.

Good location to restaurants, shopping and to the main long stretch busy and so happening road.

Good location and nice lobby. Clean, neat room but I found some noodles behind the rubbish bin. Reasonable price. Overall recommend for visitors.

Big,clean and located in center of shopping street. Short walk for 5 mins from monorail.

WiFi is extremely slow that is not usable. This is a big problem in this technology era.

Great location - walking distance to main shopping street. Not much of service to speak about, spartan room facilities, tiny but usable bathroom. Wi-fi is as good as non-existent in the hotel room.

This hotel was adequate for what I needed. Staff was very hospitable and kind! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This hotel was great. It was close to everything. Room size was not large, but definitely sufficient for two people. Room was clean with all needed facilities. Air Condition was super cold. Even the water boiler of such a small thing to mention, was Zojirushi brand. Towels were cleaned. Water pressure is great. We booked the hotel with breakfast option. Breakfast was very good with sufficient items and both hot and cold coffee (and other drinks too) offered. Staff who worked there were very nice and helpful. One front desk clerk would walk up to my room immediately to set my air conditioning because I could not understand the Japanese manual. I would like to extend my whole gratitude to the whole hotel crew. A job well done . Will definitely book again.

It was great to have a room for 4 beds (Usually it's hard to find it in Japan's usual hotel) for family of 4. We liked the location sooo close to downtown and subway station. We liked the breakfast.. but the receptions were hard to communicate in English even though they were all nice enough. And using onsen in hotel is limited.. wish all the ppl staying can use facility without extra charge.

It's not far from the monorail station and yet is just few minutes walk to the busy shopping area , we have a nice time stay in here

Really nice hotel at the heart of Naha. Close to the shopping area and many restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were helpful, but would have been much better if they had been more fluent in English. But the hotel facilities and cleanliness were great. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would definitely come back again if I get a chance.

We had a good time because of good location for see old friends easier. Transportation ,shopping it is so convenience. Hot springs is next building.
