This hotel has small cottages and some motel rooms. The motel rooms are more updated. I had reserved a motel room. She hands me two keys and mentions I have small cottage with double size bed. I mention that I ordered a motel room with queen bed. She says impossible at that price. I did not reserve through the motel. She tells me they have no more motel rooms…. I am very disappointed and insist on having a queen bed. She changes my key number. The cottage was clean but they need a lot of renovations. I won’t go back there again.

Check in was fast. The cottage looked down the hill to the water. We sat on the small deck and enjoyed the view. Very peaceful nights rest after a day on the road!

Chalet was small but comfortable - bathroom sink was almost too tiny to even brush teeth in BUT all in all, for the price, a good stay.
One suggestion.... remove "continental breakfast" included from the website - it consisted of one prepackaged pink muffin.

We went to that area using our GPS and did not see such a property at the address we had 202 Fraser At. Riviere-du-loup. I had left them a message two times to call me to cancel our reservation , but they never called back.

The room was a typical motel type room. I gave it an overall of 3 stars because; the room was very warm when we arrived, with the ac on it was cold byt the room got hot right away (my guess is it be pretty cold in winter), staff was ok. My biggest issue was the water. Either they have a plumbing issue or they're on a bad well. The water tasted horrible.

We stayed in a little chalet here and although it was dated, it was clean and having a porch with Adirondack chairs to sit out on was so enjoyable.

Located on the St. Lawrence River, you get great sunsets. The property is older but clean and quiet. It's about 5 to 10 minutes drive from downtown, Value is good.

Staff was super nice, the two different cottages we stayed in were both really perfect - had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the river is awesome, and it’s located a short drive from walking trails, cute downtown core, restaurants, the waterfront.. we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication, upgraded us to a cottage due to renovations in main motel, accommodations were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. View of the river is a spectacular backdrop especially at sunset! I highly recommend this motel for a stay.

Clean. Very nice balcony with lovely view of expansive lawn leading down to the river.
Not a walkable area but restaurants and cafes nearby. No sign of the free coffee and muffins that are advertised. Would probably look for a different place next time.

Very clean and nice room. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

The little cabin #27 exceeded our expectations with an outfitted kitchen. Effortless check-in, large windows for cross breeze, kitchenette table and chairs. Large property and close walk to stores.
The only thing that we would suggest is more horizontal surfaces and hooks to put your suitcases and "stuff".
We will definitely return here when we're back in the area.
