Everything was excellent except for the WIFI network.
The WiFi sucked like i haven't seen in recent times.
So slow and kept on disconnecting.
No good for teleworking.
Other than that, everything was great.

Wife and i stayed at the Auberge based on recommendations from one of our friends. It is a great place and we look forward to staying there again... lots of activities, even of outside fireplace to sit around on colder nights....

Stayed here while moving across the country. Very kind service for english speakers, clean and nice room, gorgeous view. Parking was a little inconvenient for a uhaul, due to having to walk so far. Overall very nice

Best hotel to feel refreshed after 10 hour drive from Toronto. It has everything you need, especially if you’re only passing through on way to Halifax. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hotel was so great we decided to stay again on drive back to Toronto from Halifax.
Rooms were perfect, can’t think of anything that could be done better.
Ate at the bistro, then swam in the pool and chilled in the whirlpool. Had a long and deep sleep in a super comfortable bed. Will definitely be back.

For quiet luxury and views of the st Lawerence this hotel has it all. Sitting on top of a cliff over looking the mouth of the river you can’t beat the views especially during sunset.
This property has everything you would want for a vacation or just passing through. Excellent grounds and facilities. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the restaurant, swam in their indoor pool and enjoyed watching the sunset at their outdoor terrace.

Beautiful, almost resort-style facility overlooking the St Lawrence river: amazing sunsets from the deck next to the pool. Sauna and hot-tub. Bikes available to borrow to ride around the park along the river. Great hamburger/ice-cream place next door. The Auberge restaurant also serves one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. Loved it!

Excellent courteous greeting at reception and breakfast, only to be disappointed by indifferent attitude in the bar and restaurant, which was in contrast to the high prices.

Beautiful property with outstanding views of the St Lawrence River. The hotel was very busy and noisy upon arrival (due to a function taking place), and parking was initially an issue. All EV chargers were in use upon our arrival as well (but one opened up while i was struggling to find parking so in the end it was a win). The front desk agents were very responsive to our request for more coffee. Great spot!

Comfortable room with a bit of an odd floor plan. Nice patios and balconies. All seemed to face the river. Renovated bathroom. Good food and service in the restaurant.

We have enjoyed staying in the Auberge many times over the last ten years. We are attracted, above all, by the splendid view of the St. Lawrence. We particularly enjoy an informal supper in the bistro, watching the sunset.

Nothing was unique…air conditioning was not functioning…terrible smell odour in the room. Staff owner extremely rude, was not attentive to our needs…did not care, did not listen, spoke over us, independent and encouraged us to stay elsewhere versus client services to accommodate.

Area was nice, bed was hard & smoking station outside our room that was disappointing being non smokers.
Room was clean but a bit noisy with people above us.
I would stay again but on the riverside which we stayed in 2023, beds were also softer maybe newer?

I had the most relaxing time during my stay. The spa services were perfect. The area was beautiful to go for walks. The scenes were amazing. I would go back.

My husband & I stayed at the Auberge for only 1 night on our way home to Southern Ontario. We wish we had planned a longer stay, it was truly an amazing place! The location was great and the view breath taking. Would definitely recommend.
