Hotel was pretty nice. Close to two metro stations 🚉 (Congres and Maragas) which was a plus. Room was clean. They have lockers so if you arrive early before check in, you can leave your carry on 🙌🙌 Area looks spooky at first, but all good. Walked during the night and no issues.

Nice little hotel with friendly people working there. No breakfast, and we didn’t find any good cafés in the area compensating for that need. But then again, food is not something Spain handles very well, if you don’t love squid and goat cheese. Nice and clean hotel, but one thing to consider in the hot seasons: the air cooler in the room was way undersized. Be prepared to swim in your own sweat!

Located close to the public transport. Very clean and well maintained. The receptionist was very warm and helpful. Provided detailed information about public transport and parking options. Value for money

Beautiful and clean hotel in a very central location to shops and attractions. Safe area to walk around. Family friendly. Staff helpful .

It was a good location with lots of local places to eat nearby. The hotel was very light and had a nice atmosphere. Close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and keen to offer assistance of where to go in the city.

Great location and stay! Easy access, fab staff and very clean. Just needs a lick of new paint to bring it all together and look after the small bits that we notice.

I liked that there were no keys, just codes. It was odd that they only had front desk staffing half the day.

The property is ok, just that no chairs or fridge in the room. Also the bathroom was mouldy.

Wonderful staff and most helpful ! Would stay again

The location isnt super convenient to sights, restaurants, etc, but it is just a short walk from the Maragall metro stop on the yellow L4 line. Other than the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything about this hostel was fantastic. We had a large private twin room with private bath and a lovely terrace patio for less than it wouldve cost us for two bunk beds in a crowded hostel dorm downtown. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. Free wifi, in-room coffee, and bottled water provided. For my money, worth the metro ride!

This is clearly a hostel, not a hotel. The pictures of the rooms did not match my room AT ALL. There was zero decorations, paints or pillows in the room, the bathroom was old and not very nice, also the floor was really cold flagged 80's style floor and not wooden as in every picture seen in the hotel page. There are not so many plugins, so you can't have your phone next to bed charging, the water cooker needs to be used on the floor (it also doesn't stop re-cooking the water over and over again when plugged in so I find it a firehazard, perhaps change it to something that can't cause danger if forgotten plugged to the wall?). There's no small lamps that reach to the beds due to the same problem of lack of plugs, so it means industrial ceiling lights off before jumping to bed. The aircon didn't give warm air, only cold, so it was freezing in the room - Luckily I was alone so I was able to use double blanket. The noises echoed straight to my room from the hallway and other rooms, my feeling was that the guests were young. The cleaning was done nicely and the checkin was friendly and good, so no problem with the staff at all. My issue was how the hotel advertises itself, it raised false expectations unfortunately.

They advertice airport shurle, but CHARGE €42 for the service. You need to read the very small prints and press more info to found it!!!

Staying in this hotel is a huge pain because the walls between rooms are paper thin, you can hear anything from your next door, seriously. The lack of a desk is also very uncomfortable. Dead mosquitoes are still hanging on the walls. One good thing, the WIFI signal is strong, super fast.

Not close to the airport at all like stated. It's about 35 minutes away and they do not provide shuttle as stated. They will call you a cab at your expense. Walls are thin and beds are twin size. If traveling with family this area is not good.

Nice little Hotel. Staff were fantastic! Helped us when we couldn't open the baggage lockers. A little far from the action but close to Train metro.

I found it strange that there was no one at the front desk until 2 pm. If you needed help or assistance you had to wait till 2 pm or get back to the hotel before 10 pm because that's when the staff person left. There was no one there to check you out, and no key cards, what if you got locked out? I was clean and the room we had was spacious for 4 but we found it a little far from all the sights.

Our stay at House by Pillow was really good. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and nice. The room was so spacious ànd clean. We had ptivacy with 4 people as there wete 2 rooms in our room. The hotel is in a queit neighborhood with transportation and restaurants. It really is a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel was clean, had good firm beds and the front desk people were very helpful showing us all the good attraction and inexpensive restaurants and attractions. They even printed our tickets that we bought online. The location is good if you want to live the spanish life and dont mind walking a bit and taking the metro. Everything is about 5min walk and 20min metro. There is nice terasse in every room i believe and multiple grocery store around if you have a limited wallet. Great experience !
