Very central to centre of town

Value for money in peak season only.building is very old the interior needs full renovation

Clean and spacious but very tired and sparse. Could do with a paint and a freshen up.

Some repairs may not have been completed. The staff are very kind. There was a hot spring inside

For the price its a good place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helped me with replacement microwave when ours broke down. Thank you.

Property was not clean. Basic Amenities like TV ,Stove were not working. Rest of the other appliances are very old. Luckily it was only one night we had to stay. Wouldn't suggest this to anyone

I liked that it was close to where we were going.. fresh milk would be nice.. even if a little milk in jug.. ...we loke most people understand that with covid maintenance has been an issue but we are sure these lovely people will get on top of thing.. what lovely people thankyou

The bathroom was mouldy, towels were horrible, kitchen was very old with hardly any equipment or plates. Stove was terrible. Dinning area the chairs were all cracking , no couch just an old chair with holes in and a couple of outdoor plastic chairs. Blinds were all cracking. Outside of building needed water blasting and a lot of tiding and painting. Pool was green.

Room guest quality

The room was convenient to access and the car close to the unit. The bedrooms were clean and the bedding good. The rest of the unit was slightly grubby and very worn. The couch okay but the 2 armchairs sagged badly. The dining chairs worn and not cleaned very well. The shower base had long hairs on it and needed the soap build up cleaned off. The toilet and hand basin were old and needed to be replaced. Glad we only stayed one night.

Very friendly, very accommodating, very approachable staff from.reception to cleaners. Negative: we did not mind the building as very old but to see cobwebs, red stains on walls, very old and looking unclean carpet, cockroach on floor, and wobbly bathroom floor is something we need tp feedback for everyone's safety and comfort. The bed was so soft and too bouncy we never got a good sleep. The room smelt really old, towels smelt as if not washed properly. Apologies for this feedback.

Our room was overdue for a major upgrade.

The room size was good but the with old style of hotel. Heater in bedroom was not working. There was a small oil heater provided but that was nothing in a cold spring night. The reception promised to do the room service on 2nd day of our stay but they came and check the heater but did not did the room service.

Despite being old fashioned & tired, some renovation is obvious. But such a lovely warm welcome and shown around; a free indoor mineral pool next to office was delightful. The clean sheets, bed, kitchen etc were all in good condition…the towels rather thin & old but clean. Good price & very convenient to walk into town at night. Surprisingly quiet. Thx

You get what you pay for in regards to the accommodation. Budget family accommodation which was great for us. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay again :)

Large rooms and clean and functional but quite dated and could do with some modernization. Good location.

Cheap, you get what you pay for I guess. Mineral pool was wayyyy too hot to go in (temperature control must be wrong) kitchen window didn’t shut, room only had one tiny oil heater. Blanket had stain, cleaner only provided one extra towel so 4 towels total for 2 days and 3 people? If you want somewhere cheap then this is your spot

The person over the checkout was very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the property and room is very tired looking. Yes, we found a cockcroach. Curtains in the kitchen were filthy, not all the lights worked, some flickers so much, it gave my daughter a fright. The mugs weren't washed properly. The place looks really tired. I think I wouldn't have minded it if we did not pay $165 for the room. For that.price, we could've gotten a more excellent room for the night. The pictures does not show how the room currently looks like. There was a picture of an outdoor pool but we did not see any. The front door looked like it was kicked into before. Gave a really creepy vibe and I couldn't sleep well at night because there were big window panes that had a block out blind but no curtains, which did not help at keeping the sounds out. Old heating system which we didn't know how to work, it wasn't so cold so it was fine. I couls hear the upstairs people wlking and sitting on their creaky spring bed. Really, if it wasn't riced as such, I would have been ready to overlook many of these things.

Stove was filthy and sticky. Bad smell when we entered the room. Towels were black or brown coloured but not white. Next day we found a cockroach in the kitchen and then we decided to move out.

Very tired property. Needs a good update and clean. Good location

Lovely and clean, however very basic, e.g no headboards, just lean up against the concrete wall. Staff were amazing!

Not much to tell, everything was ok 🙂
