The location is quite convenient to go to the river side and you can walk quite a lot of interests. The staff is polite and things are smooth. If their English is a bit better, that would have been more helpful. They have snack bar and have tons of dessert choices with some savory food. We used the place after dinner desert fix!

Access to the lounge with all day long snacks and beverages. Stone throw to the Love river and glory pier and all the major attractions. The best place to stay in kaohsiung for sure and perhaps the best in Taiwan

The location is awesome. The parking lots are rather limited, but they'll help you secure one anyway. I had my SUV parked at the roadside in an alleyway as per their assistance.
There are mainly 2 points I care the most, strong shower coming out of its shower head (perhaps also due to a lower floor), and comfy bed. The pillows are a bit too soft, but there are 2 pcs for each person.
The service was also good. I asked for replacement on 2 items, and were provided in a timely manner. I'd love to visit this place when I visit this place.

If you live a modern feel and look well, this place is for you! From the moment you enter the lobby all the way to your room the place screams “Beautiful”. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The amenities are plentiful and bathroom space is open.
I love everything about this place and will always stay anytime I’m in Kaohsiung.

Fantastic hotel. The bathtub with whirlpool function was probably the highlight of the room but the 24/7 cafe downstairs was really great for getting a late-night snack without having to leave the hotel. The staff were all courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Jacuzzi bathtub is the most perfect facility that I enjoyed with seasalt provided, while only one small bag which is not really enough.
The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, I'm sure you will experienced it since you step in the hotel.
The only thing that I'm not happy is you can see the mosquito, at least every time I goto the basement snacks bar; then lobby.... and most annoying is mosquito at my room. Will be good if the hotel could find a way to solve this issue.

Better then than I thought. Rooms were big and clean. The best part I liked about this hotel was, its 24 hours “free” Tea Area which offers lots of food options along with tea or coffee. They have fruits, bread, munchies, yogurt and many other things in the coffee area. Morning breakfast had lots of selection including order to make eggs. I strongly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our sports equipment for us and parked our car as well at no extra charge. Very friendly and the bathtub in the room is amazing. It was my second time staying there and I will definitely be back. Five stars easy:

Generally it was very pleasant. The room has a bit of a strange design that is prevalent in taiwan, namely that the toilet and shower are part of the same room as the bed and separated only by a curtain. Where the hotel really shined was the breakfast buffet and the staff service.
