Nice place to stay at.

Excellent location, very good amenities & staffs. Absolutely loved the heater that kept us warm during the winter nights. It’s a tight space for 3 of us but that’s what you get for the price. The walls are paper thin so you have to be quiet at night. There’s only 1 lift and 1 shower (located on the first floor).

Very well located, nice staff, enough shower to not wait, very clean, Big bath (kind of onsen) free in the next hôtel. Négative point: thin walls, a furnitures above the TV would be nice to have a little bit more space in the room, and one more microwave in thé commun area

Very convenient area, and great value for price compared to some of the other hotels in thr area. Free coffee, green tea, and barley tea. Even has a hot plate on every floor if you want to cook.

Super convenient area, near to Shin-Imamiya station that direct connect to many places like Kansai Airport and Nara, and many 24hours store and a big 24hours Don Quijote mall. Only something not so good is that only a few staff with good English communication. Some can understand simple English, but some don't understand even simple enquiries. Having some difficulties on one early morning when try to check my extended nights bookings. Evening staffs were good in English.

Everything is as expected given the price point. The place is clean and pretty convenient location wise. However, I did not enjoy the neighbourhood. It's not shady per se but it's a bit rundown and not much eating venues around, especially at night.

This is a clean hostel type hotel Japanese style rooms. Extremely small rooms. Everything is very clean but there was only 1 shower for men and 3 for women and the building had numerous rooms. There is also washing machines which you need to pay for but these were also heavily used and waiting lines. There needs to be more facilities to support the number of guests but fine for a quick stay if you only need a room for a night. Location is a bit outside Osaka and is a train ride to Osaka Station and a change of trains to shin-Osaka station but the area itself is nice and has local restaurants. Value is good as long as you do not need any hotel type facilities.

The hotel location is extremely convenience to travel around Osaka since Dōbutsuen-mae Station exit 2 is just located in front of the hotel. Just cross the street you will find the JR station, Shin-Imamiya. It also really close to the shopping store in walking distance to Tennoji shopping area where you can find the various type of store and shopping mall. The room is small, but you get what you pay for. The accommodation in the lobby area are really nice, they provide coffee, tea, water, and hot water. There are small fridge in the room. The area can be dangerous since in one night there were the drunker punched our hotel staff, but the police stopped by and took him away. The staff might not know a lot of travelling information, but the overall are good. Plus you can leave your luggage after check out time, 10 AM. Moreover, they only provide the small piece of towel so, bring your own if you need the bigger one. The door is made of steel so, it will make some noise during the night time if someone entering the room. But they provide the ear plug at the lobby.

Every thing is good. If you add a bicycle to the guests, it will be very good.

It's a good place for budget travelers. Not placed in downtown but close to downtown and there is DON QUIJOTE, the big grocery store, so it's very convenient for shopping. The only inconvenience is that each room doesn't include its own bathroom, but it's announced before and I chose it so it didn't matter. The room is small but if you are planning to go out for sightseeing and not to stay in the room that much time, it's quite a reasonable choice. ** Wi-fi doesn't work in the room late in the night. It worked in the lobby but in the room.

fail to check in on first day,as nobody at the counter,have to seek for nearby hotel to stay for a night.Check in on next day ,everything onward was ok.good location,newly renovated,lobby still under renovation.

decent hotel for a great price. The room is basic but functional. It is right off the subway entrance.

It is a budget hotel, so you do not get your own bathroom which can be annoying if there are grubs from other countries there that do not know how to clean up after themselves and the walls are thin but it's a good place to stay. Would recommend for someone on a budget.

Drinking water, Bathrooms only available at groundfloor, very inconvenience, make up room very dirty!

It was our first experience and found that its not our prefer. Though there is 9 story but bathroom is on the first floor and has too few. Not really convenient.

Great area,close to JR station,nice staffs

Its extremely cheap and the area is sketchy, but its safe. The staff is friendly. Having to use the side door at night instead of a front entrance is annoying and the wi-fi is awful. The room is small but theres a TV and fridge. Its a pretty good deal is your wont be spending a lot of time in the room.

Disorganised at check-in. For the price the size and comfort of the room was fine, except that it, along with the rest of the hotel stank of smoke and was thus nauseating. Facilities were wholly inadequate. Just two showers for 8 floors of rooms, and both of those were on the ground floor near the main entrance. No towels and no soap in bathrooms. This is called a hotel but, aside from the private rooms, is run like and has the facilities of a very bad hostel. Not worth it, even at the price.
