Very beautiful place. Many old buildings and beautiful architecture. The hotel is one of those and maybe in need of a little TLC. However we slept good and enjoyed our stay.

Clean and spacious room bathroom. Very friendly and helpful male receptionist on check out with excellent english skills.

It’s a beautiful hotel and nicely renovated. The staff is nice and the location is very good. I do have problems with a hotel that wants to be luxury that has such a small breakfast room and only 2 hours to have breakfast. It was way crowded, there isn’t enough time / tables for all of the hotel guests to have a relaxing reakfast.

Staff unavailable when calling reception !!!!!!! they don't even call back ! No coffee maker in the room and Breakfast don't start until 8 am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!we had to leave at 5:30 am to catch our Bus back to Prague and I did mention it to the reception guy ( with better English ) the day before ! on the darling morning of our departure , a female receptionist with bare understanding of English and perhaps worst Desk skills tells me that I OWE over 5200 Koruna ( total cost of our stay)!!!! Even after repeatedly mentioning to her that the amount have been paid MONTHS ago view Hotel.ca she kept pointing to the stupid bill that she printed and requesting the total amount ! I showed her my internet hotel.com bill history and told her that the amount has been paid and she then proceed by saying that the amount is for stay and Spa ( minimal English / just saying " you pay this amount & you used spa)!!!!!!! Frustrated , I told her that I was not going to wait all day for her to figure out her error and I had a bus to catch ( hoping she could understand ) and told her that I'm NOT going to repay her the money and left !!!!!!!! absolute disaster . DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!

A nice enough property but the climate control in the room did not work, flat pillows, poor bedding, Wi-Fi did not work. It is a grand property they should invest a bit to ensure customers have a good night's sleep. Service and breakfast were good.

Given the price, this was good value for money. The hotel is nice, although not in the best condition anymore but that’s to be expected. The wellness facilities are fine, saunas are very good. Parking is just behind the hotel and is free for guests I think. The only disadvantage is that it’s a little farther from the main collonades, but you can walk there in 10min

Totally recommended! Visit the hotel with my wife, my 20-month-old baby and my Chihuahua dog. They treated us super well, great detail to let us in before 2 pm, for our baby. Thank you very much!

I adored the old-world charm and friendly staff. I was just disappointed that the hotel didn't let us know beforehand that the pool was still closed for quarantine, since they were open for the rest of the country. That said, they worked to make up with for it with a fantastic breakfast from room service and really friendly service.

We were given an upgrade and the room was wonderful. The reception staff were extremely helpful With any questions we asked. Very happy.

The junior suite was absolutely amazing! My husband and I stayed here for just a night, but we wish we could’ve stayed more! The grand cafe has great food as well!

The Ambassador is excellent and I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Great service, staff, Breakfast and location. The thing is their fitness facilities. The have only Elliptical and stationary bike. And that’s OK for me and serve the purpose. But the problem is the location. They were place in unventilated small area In front oxygen therapy room. No air conditioning and suggest strongly to them to put them in a bigger room that is ventilated and cool. Also to add small weight like dimples
