An immaculate and interesting room. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Beautiful B&B. Very clean, well-appointed. Friendly and solicitous staff. Room was large, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Location was within walkway mg distance of numerous places to eat and shop.

Our stay at Novel House was excellent. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we need accommodations in the Springfield area.

We were allowed to check in early. The property and Inn were beautiful. We were made to feel at home immediately. There were cookies and lemonade in the afternoon. A library with a fireplace and cozy couch. Easy access to shops and restaurants by walking. Deer in the back yard. Minutes to the entrance of Zion. Very polite and informative hosts.

The check-in is so easy and simple. Upon our arrival, our host Ciaran was waiting for us in the parking lot. And then he show us the living room, kitchen, dinning area, and our room. It is located off the main traffic street, thus it’s very quiet. The house is full of books. We stayed in Jane Austen’s room, Charles Dickens is our neighbor. The house is a total surprise to us. It is a unique experience. Ciaran is a great host, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. If you like novels, this is an excellent place to stay. If you don’t like reading, this is also a good vacation place. The house offers breakfast at two nice restaurants at your pick. The food is much better than continental breakfast. If I have to complain, the house is old; the floor makes noise when you walk on it. But that doesn’t bother me much. We highly recommend this place. Next time if I come to Springdale, definitely I will stay there again.

Cairon is a gracious host who makes you feel immediately at home. The warm, friendly vibe is so much nicer than a conventional hotel. Fresh coffee in the morning, cookies and lemonade every afternoon. We unexpectedly had to leave a day early and he didn't charge us for the night. What a thoughtful and appreciated gift. If you come to Zion, this is the place to stay. End of discussion.

Romantic & rustic….. super clean with great personal care…incredibly pleasant staff!

I wonderful B&B in the heart of Springdale and on the bus stop for the shuttle to Zion National Park. The owner is extremely welcoming and will give great suggestions for hiking in the park and sight seeing outside of the park. We went to the ghost town in Grafton at his suggestion, and while the ghost town was amazing, the drive and views were even better. Coffee will await you in the morning, and they provide free breakfast vouchers for you use at your choice if two great breakfast spots about one to two blocks away. Cookies and lemonade are served in the afternoon. The rooms are very comfortable and have a much warmer feeling than a hotel room. The reading room and outside patio are nice to sit and relax. Definitely recommended!

Lovely and quiet location with beautiful views. Well located in town so no need to get in the car for restaurants or other amenities Our host was gracious and helpful.

It was a very lovely B&B! The location was perfect because we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were all named after authors. We got cookies upon our arrival and use of the large refrigerator to store our items. Small bags of ice were also available. Our only complaint was it was a bit too warm in our room at night but we were allowed to open our window. We got a breakfast food voucher to eat at one of two local restaurants for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at Novels Inn. The manager waited for us as we arrived after 6pm. He showed us the property. Our room was clean and large. The breakfast vouchers to two nearby restsursnts was wslking distance. Short drive to Zion NP or walk a few blocks to catch the shuttle bus to the park.

The novel inn is a quaint ten room house where each room is decorated after an author. The staff is friendly and the house is so welcoming and cozy. We will be back for sure!

This inn was so nice and comfortable. The owners create a feeling of family. When I left my room in the morning to get coffee in the dining room, I didn't lock my door. I was attending a conference, and many of my colleagues stayed at the Hampton Inn. I could tell I definitely made the better choice.

Great place, would go back again. Amazing views. Liked that they have breakfast vouchers for local places vice cooking in. Needed improvements: -coffee - only a single brewer for entire place, and no keurig backup. -temperature : no room thermostat, and house seems to be all over the place. Sometimes nice and cool, but often too hot.
