The room was no-frills but for a beach motel it was easy, quiet and exceeded expectations. Great location: walkable to beach and town. Room was quiet, clean and minimal. AC worked but too loud. All on all, enjoyed stay, and would book again.

Hair from other people left behind on the towels, the extra blanket, the floor and bathroom. People above us stomping around all day and night like they couldn’t sit still. Worst part was their check out, which apparently is at 11am. At 11:01am, people start knocking on the door. As we were getting our things together to leave, every few minutes a different person would knock on the door to remind us check out is at 11am. We said we are packing up and will be on our way shortly. Then the front desk starts calling about it. Non-stop harassment until we actually left. Then when I go to check out and give back the keys, once again another reminder about their policy for check out. Didn’t ask us how was the stay, the room or anything else but this stupid check out policy. Overall horrible spot that’s more like a truck stop motel, dirty and horrible service.

Everything was going fine until the management did not alert hotel guests that there was going to be a septic tank drainage happening while we were on the property right below our room. The entire room smelled of sewage, as well as the property. They didn’t take any accountability and offered no accommodations or amends for the significant disturbance to our trip. I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you’re looking for any assistance from their manager, don’t expect to get any.

Such a nice motel. So clean. So up to date. So easily accessible. So easy to park. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It blew away any expectations. SO close to the beach. so close to restaurants, shopping, anything you may need. The pool and the loungers were wonderful. You can take beach chairs and umbrellas from the motel to the beach. 5 stars. I have never stayed in a motel before but I would consider this place wonderful. It is truly a gem. So clean and comfy.

The Aqualina Inn was such an amazing stay for a little getaway from the city! Sebastian at the front desk was very friendly and even recommended us some places to grab lunch in the area. This location is right across the street from the beach and they provide umbrellas and chairs for guests to use! Will be coming back!

The room was so clean, and even the housekeeping was amazing! The staff were friendly. They have plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. A beach towel was available too. We enjoyed the pool so much. It was so cozy to stay there. A hairdryer, and air conditioner worked pretty well. We were able to hear the next rooms, but they were quiet at night, so it wasn’t a problem. I would love to go back someday.

I’m so glad my friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend! From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was exactly how we expected it to be: clean, basic resources, and updated. The location was perfect. A very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I had a car and didn’t even need to use it. The inn also provided beach chairs and towels for your convenience, what a nice surprise! There’s also a beautiful pool and lounge chair area in the back.
Highly recommend, especially for the great price! Hope to stay again soon.

We loved this place, and will come back again....the room was spacious, the bed king-size, and the pool was lovely. When we checked in, the gentleman behind the desk showed us exactly where our room was, which, otherwise, would have been difficult to find....since it was raining, he even provided us an umbrella! Cleaning services cleaned the room well every day! See you in March!

This is a great option for a well priced hotel only a three minute walk to the beach. The pool is lovely and well-kept, the room and bath are well appointed, and it is great that they have towels, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. It is also an easy walk to the jitney bus stop and lots of great dining options. This is my third year of coming to the Aqualina in September for a girls getaway. It is especially nice to come soon after Labor Day, when the prices are lower, the weather is still great, and the crowds are gone. The second floor rooms with balconies are an especially good value, because they are much quieter than the ground floor rooms.

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times. We keep coming back year after year to Aqualina. We love the king balcony room, the quiet, closeness to the beach and town. We can park the car and walk throughout town. We will continue to stay here when visiting Montauk.

We stayed one night and really enjoyed the newly renovated hotel. The pool was clean and so were all the areas. Very quiet and peaceful grounds, which was exactly what we needed. Will definitely recommend & would love to return.

Sebastian was fantastic. My girlfriend an I stayed here for two nights for our anniversary and come checkout day we wanted to use the beautiful weather and the beach to the full advantage...Sebastian was kind enough to let us use the chairs and an umbrella for the afternoon as well as the showers once we hit the road. It's our second time staying here and I'm sure we'll be back!
