Nice clean modern room with a very nice breakfast.

Location was great and super convenient to the town center.

I arrived Aug 26 at 6pm and was welcomed by Antonio. Very sweet man. I found it clean, 9 minute walk to main square which was amazing. Close to mini market. I found them welcoming. Breakfast was ok. I would stay there again. Thank you Vhome

Very convenient location close to train station and old town, yet quiet area. Lovely large room with sofa and balcony. Nice cold breakfast that you could help yourself to. Good price for such an excellent room.

So close to the city center but still allowed quietness at night! Felt like it was our own apartment in Sorrento! We loved it

Great location , really nice shower . But their was a dirty folder when we checked into our room which indicated to me that it wasn’t clean . I threw it out and it was out the next day . The ir were stains on the top sheet of the bed , the hotel used flat sheets and under was a mattress protector with stains and hair . Overall we had a pleasant stay , and enjoyed the location and staff kindness . Also they charge a cash tax at the end of your stay . So have money available.

We wouldn’t stay here again. We got there and we were instantly confused about where the room is. It’s in an apartment building with a bunch of other places. When we finally got into our room, the first thing we noticed was how dirty it was. There was a giant stain on the top bed sheets (a c*m stain). There was mold growing in the bathtub and shower head. Also, the next morning we went to shower and there was NO hot water! We tried the sink and the shower and both didn’t have hot water. We were disappointed with this stay.

Upon arrival we were very confused where to go do to lack of signage, residential apartment complexes. Found the reception on the 3rd floor. No one there, spent 5 minutes and called the number? No one answered. Came back 10 minutes later and was warm greeted by Laura (sp?) The room was clean, well appointed and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Beware of construction on the east side.

When I made the reservation three weeks in advance, I called and requested a room with two beds. I followed up the day before our arrival with an email. Instead of two beds, we had a room with a large bed and a cot with cushions. The cushions were actually the type you would use on patio chairs. There were two cushions attached at the top of a bed and a single cushion at the bottom. This cushion separated from the top, so I would wake up to pick it up off the floor throughout the night. When I spoke with the owner he told me Italians don’t have rooms with two beds!! The most aggravating part of this experience is that there were several rooms with sofa beds, and they did not offer us one even though we requested. Since there were so few affordable rooms in the city, we continued our stay there. The service was polite, great air conditioning, good breakfast and location. Sadly, the overall experience was poor due to the dishonesty of the hotelier.

Location near Sorrento Old and Sorento Train Station.

It was a little small for 4 people. I’d recommend a smaller group staying there. The staff was great, breakfast had a nice assortment, location was within walking distance of the train station and the Main Street. Fan for the bathroom was quite noisy and on the same switch as the light. It would wake others up if someone needed to go to the bathroom at night.

Highly recommended. Staff super nice, friendly, efficient and polite. They make you feel welcome and at home. Bed comfortable. Shower is fun and spacious with rain shower and massage functions. Common area has free fruits, snacks, candies, soft drinks, tea, hot chocolate and coffee available 24/7. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient (salami, mortadella, frankfurters, tomatoes, boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes, yogurts, cakes, muffins, bread, jams, oranges,...).

Staff is really friendly and helpful. They have a nice breakfast every morning. Location is very good. Walkable, safe surroundings. Close to the train station as well. Nice balcony too. Room had a little kitchenette too. Would stay again.

Great location within easy walking distance to the old part of the city. Excellent accommodation and service. A very complete breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries and hard boiled or scrambled eggs. Great cappuccino. Sorrento is beautiful and good tours to Amalfi Coast.

The property appears to be the whole floor of an apartment block, it is approximately a 10 minute walk from the train station and only a 5 minute walk from the central area of Sorrento. The reception / breakfast area is small but does serve its purpose. The room was spacious and quite well appointed but its layout did not really use the space to its advantage.

This hotel was wonderful. Our train ran late, but they were nice enough to wait up for our arrival. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, easily walkable to the city center and hydrofoil. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. We loved everything about this hotel but the real highlight was the staff. we would absolutely stay here again.

Be warned it is in a very residential area and the lobby is smelly with a matchbox sized elevator... BUT, it is only a 10 minute walk to all the good stuff, the room was very spacious with a private balcony, the breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of variety and the proprietor was so helpful and easy to communicate with via what's app. Yes it was clean and the shower was wonderful with good water pressure.

A wonderful stay at Vhome! Cannot recommend enough! The lady at reception (Lucia I think) was very helpful, she gave me a map of the local area, wifi password etc on arrival. The room was spotlessly clean & modern with sky tv channels. The rooms are on the third floor of the building and are very secure as you need a key and swipe card to get into the building and the apartment area & to use the lift. Reception ordered a taxi for me to the port in the morning & waited with me outside until it very quickly arrived. All of the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Old part of town with lovely shops & restaurants is only a 5-10 min walk & the train station is also a 10 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay Vhome!!!

Jacuzzi Shower was lovely however the door was hard to open and close as comes off rail a little. The footspa didnt work but i never told anyone about this. Theres a radio with lights and also a tv in the bathroom. Big balcony i overlooked a swimming pool for a different building and the hills. Great selection for breakfast with drinks and snacks available 24/7 Great location with handy little shops on the corner especially the one with inflatables on the front, really lovely people and cheap. Couple mins to walk into center town and close to station. Also a sita bus stop at the end of the road. Will be returning, was too hot too do everything i wanted to do.
