Our second stay this trip. Close to Alamo car rental and walking distance to several good restaurants were we got a variety of take away meals

Nice, easy checkin. $20 shuttle for airport, staff friendly and helpful. Uber delivers, 10 minutes from airport and rental car returns. Was a nice last night before flying home.

Stayed after we landed at 21:00. We had 4 adults and 2 kids so their shuttle van was great. Very close to Alamo car rental too. Excellent breakfast and nice pool.

The property’s safety is their number one priority . Ken was friendly and very helpful . The place was super clean and confortable with updated restrooms .

We only stayed here for an evening as a stop over before our flight but we really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and really helped us out when we couldn’t get an Uber due to a local event. The rooms were modern and clean and the pool area was peaceful.

It was perfect for a quick stay. Great restaurants nearby.

We had a super short stay here for a morning flight, so did not get to use many amenities. The gentleman that assisted us was amazing. We had a ton of stuff (traveling with kids) and he offered the downstairs room so we wouldn’t have to use the stairs. The actual place is beautiful with a really cool pool. Would have loved to have time to swim.

We always love to book the penthouse suite which has been newly and nicely refurbished/upgraded. Wonderful place to stay in San Jose. Friendly and helpful staff!

Great little boutique hotel that accommodated last minute booking and requests before we flew out of San Jose. Only complaint was the bed in the side bedroom was not comfortable at all.

Nice quiet place to relax

The location, design, decor and staff are lovely. Impeccably clean, nice firm bed in my room- not for everyone but I love it and slept great. Family in another room said their bed was plush and soft, which they preferred. Limited parking, and no bar, relatively quiet and peaceful for the city and near the airport. Great stay.

The Alameda Cariari was a perfect choice for our family. The rooms are spotless and updated. The breakfast was excellent and the pool beautiful. The location is walking distance to many excellent restaurants and a full service grocery store, and near the airport. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Ken and all the staff were very easy to work with. This is a nice quiet place which is Much better than the normal hotels. They very helpful with whatever I needed. This is where I’ll stay the next time I’m in Tica.

Property condition is good. Not too much of parking space. Bath room is bit small and congested. Hot water while taking shower comes and goes. Need to pay for breakfast. But property condition is good and have nice swimming pool and property has golf course.

my goodness!!!!!!!! My experience was FABULOUS. 1st off if they've received a negative review I can't imagine why it must be a total nasayer. In my experience my room was quite lovely. Everything was impeccably clean the television was amazing the sliding glass doors with the view of the golf course was amazing both of the beds were perfectly made and extremely comfortable with nice linen. The towels were presented so nicely everything was fresh and clean. The little kitchen at with the microwave and refrigerator coffee maker was awesome the water pressure was excellent and with hot water. I really like how they have the bathroom separated with the sliding glass door. They're simple little details in the room that are obviously Upgraded ifelt modern. Unfortunately I came on a rainy day but I did still use the pool even though it was cold because I was so excited for it. It's a darling pool just big enough. I left for the airport too early for breakfast but I hear good things. I enjoyed the room so much that it decided to order in the gentleman at the desk assisted me with ordering Uber eats and delivered it to my room with all my tableware. I thought everybody there was just exceptional. The parking is extremely secure you need to let them know that you are going to take a space because it is behind huge gate. If you need to park on the road I do feel as if this neighborhood is exceptionally safe and I don't see an issue with parking on the street if nehad

Hospitality was fantastic and this very safe and private lodging. Staff was very accommodating of our late and early travel needs and had good suggestions in the local area.

Everything about this wonderful hotel is outstanding. The facilities are beautiful, my room was marvelous and the amenities are first-rate. The attention to detail is wonderful and the value for the money is unmatched.Truly exceptional.

It was strange. A bit more like an air bnb in that the basics were not available that a good hotel would have. For instance, we had the large suite. There were minimal soaps etc, no access to buy snacks or beverages, no irons or hair dryers or anything like that. The hot tub takes a number of hours to heat up so we were unable to use because the lady who checked us in didn’t know how to work it. Pool was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff that came in later in the day was kind and personable. This was an “ok” place to sleep a night, but I think there are some pretty great other places In the area that deserve a look.

This hotel has a friendly staff and really good breakfast. It also has a nice pool with a slide that is good for kids. It is close to the airport, so a good location. I would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property with fantastic management. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The pool was gorgeous, restaurants were within walking distance, and it was a short drive to the airport.

There were stains on the curtains and throughout the bathroom. I didn’t think the place was cleaned properly at all. It’s a small hotel so the front desk person is not often actually sitting at the front desk. It was annoying having to track him down whenever I needed to ask a question. When I first arrived one of the sliding doors in my room would not lock. Please be sure to check when you check in. I would prob never stay here again. There are better options
