The front desk service with Vinny was good.
But the room was rather outdated. There were no hangers or wooden dowel to hang the hangers on in the closet. And the bathroom sink drain was clogged.

We booked 2 nights. The night we arrived we waited in lobby for several minutes and no one greeted us - had to call the hotel number. Overall smell in hotel was not good. Got to room, found holes in wall, cracks in bathroom sink, mold in shower microwave dirty - obviously had not been cleaned, broken curtain rod, stains on mattress and on wall. Only one thin comforter on bed and no extra blankets in room. Called office to request additional comforter or blankets and they delivered a sheet set only. Smelled cigarette smoke indoors several times.
We stayed first night only because it was late and could not find an available hotel nearby. We checked out after one night.
We would like refund for 2nd night and our one key points credited back to us. This was a bad experience. Red Lion Inns used to have a good reputation.

Super comfortable bed, quiet, convenient to town with Taco Bell right next door. Exceptionally clean with a walk-in shower.
Breakfast had scrambled eggs, waffles, robust juices, plus !
Final treasure is the great price!

There was no elevator so You had to lug Your bags up the flight of stairs to get to the room, and back down. The shampoo dispenser was out. Walls paper thin. But great staff all around accomodations.

Everyone was very kind, as my husband had passed away. I couldn't of asked for better service. The rooms were very clean and the amenities very nice. I did however had to leave early and my reservation were adjust without difficulties.

Great experience. Shin at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good - great variety of items. We enjoyed our stay.

Our first room TV and phone did not work, 2ns room plugs disk not work when you plugged in your devise it would fall out, 3rd room no outlets on the side with bed for any medical equipment ie cpap. Closest outlet by the window and would have To unplug the lamp. 4th room was not what we booked but only option left tub was dirty, 2nd bed sheet had hard glue Stuck to it (we did not use this bed). At least we had a working TV and outlets however after 10 hrs of travel and moving room 3 times we were over being done and just wanted to sleep

There was a homeless man that defacated at the trash can area in the back parking area. When I told the manager he was very quick to check and take care of the matter. Very courteous staff and I would definitely go back

Had a great stay here! Gave us our choice of upstairs or downstairs and location of room! Bed and pillows were comfortable. They had free breakfast which offered lots of choices, including eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins and coffee. Staff was extremely helpful when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

there's several similar bites in the same budget price range but I think this place is the best for the price. VERY clean and well managed. Big TV. Best bang for the buck in Auburn. Can't go wrong if you need a clean safe place to sleep.

Shower curtain was extremely dirty with big stains and looked to be very very old.
Bed sheets looked to be clean and washed but had few old yellow and brown stains. Could be replaced. Very comfy bed and blanket though.
Otherwise spacious and organized with lots of counter space.

we ended up arriving 1 hour early but early check in wasn't a problem. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good also and the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Something that should be known is that this hotel doesn't have an elevator so this might be a problem for some visiting. This made the upstairs room less noisy though. The outlets at the lights were so loose I couldn't use CPAP. The beds were comfortable and the staff available.

Check in was easy the staff was nice. Only here for a night on our way elsewhere but was very comfortable. Some plugs did not work and the light switch in the bathroom was difficult to turn off. Other then that it just needs a little love

stopped here after leaving a camping trip early due to smoke. arrived at midnight. we were happy to have a room. the bed was comfortable and desk service great. the room was a little funky. curtains looked like someone had been murdered and they tried to clean it. couches were stained and counter tops chipped. not sure it was worth $139 for the night but definitely nice that they had a room for us on such late notice.
