Staff friendly and helpful.

Very old and tired motel. Rooms had been updated and were clean, but overall it's just a depressing motel. Would not stay there again or recommend it.

Breakfast was super convenient and met the need to get us started for the day. Thank you!

Their was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. However, the one thing we found challenging at this location was the small parking spaces. The spaces were quite narrow, which doesn't allow enough room between vehicles to open your door to get in, if you have a large truck or SUV.

Breakfast was fine but not exceptional. There were a range of choices, some fresh items. Eating area very clean and well set up. Better than most franchises I've tried.

A small thing. . .it appears that contractors are living at the BW Golden Key. They leave early in the morning and tend to drive heavy trucks that are loud enough to wake others when they start up. Perhaps contain these folks separately, say, in the back units away from more typical guests.

Great location close to the highway. Room was clean and there is ample parking. The staff were so friendly and helpful which is so nice after a long day of travel.

Breakfast was standard, with good coffee, and basics were available, such as cereal, and fruits, The room was clean, and had all the basics. The staff was nice, easy check-in.

The only issue I had was the freeway noise. We could not sleep at night. I asked if they had other rooms with less noise or better insulation. They were fully booked and they offered us earplugs. We were there to attend a wedding on Saturday. Because we did not sleep at all on Friday, we decided to leave on Saturday evening after the wedding, even if we had booked the room for 2 nights.

My job requires travel several places every week. This is the best I have seen. Roomy, comfortable, very clean, in a beautiful location. While it is dated it still offers old fashioned comfort. Imagine! I had an easy chair to sit on. Not just a bed!!!
