Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in.
Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.

Hotel is in a convenient location and room is good. Breakfast very average and cannot understand that a hotel of this style uses plastic cutlery, throw away plates and does not even recycle anything. Should not happen in this day and age. Airconditioner noisy. Bed comfortable

When we arrived the hotel had no elevator service, no WiFi, and no phones. Our room was on the third floor. Requested refund but they said I would have to call hotels.com. They refused to give a refund because they couldn’t speak with the hotel….. no S*** they don’t have working phones. Will never use hotels.com again. Customer service did nothing to try and help me. Very disappointing experience.

Stay was absolutely the worst experience ever with a Hampton! Internet outage I get. But no key cards, not even next day. First room we were assigned already had someone in it. Had to go to different room. Fridge in room didn’t work. AC barely worked. ONE elevator working only. Will not stay here again. At least the front desk staff were friendly, but they had to go let everyone in their rooms one by one.

Unfortunately, our stay was during the power outage caused by Beryl. Because we booked through Expedia the hotel was not able to contact us ahead of time to let us know there was a power outage. Since we didn't have a back up plan we had to stay here. Even though there was no power, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great considering the circumstances.

Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. All staff were very friendly. We travel often for our daughter's softball and after reading tons of horrible reviews at different places, I vowed to start leaving reviews everywhere we stay - good or bad.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to The Woodlands and its environs. I decided to stay here based on others reviews and I'm glad I did. The rooms were clean and spotless. Check-in was smooth and the staff friendly. However, what tops the list for me was the VERY delicious continental breakfast. The was a lot of variety and my kids loved choosing from about 4 varieties of homemade waffles. Will definitely recommend staying here!
